Here's my idea which is good compromise to people who can't afford APB guns instantly, instead it's offered in way of subscription which final reward is permanent weapon: I think it will solve this problem. 3$ per month don't sound as much, right?

About to hit 100,000th kill, I have a Personal Request.

I'm almost 10k away from 100k myself so I don't find it strange. Some on Citadel got like 200k and more even. -
Everyone who is on bandwagon longer knows that there was butchered district called Midtown, there is a lot of references to it in lore alone. Midtown tho. due to lack of time was scratched by RTW and all contacts were moved to either financial or waterfront which were largely ready at time. So if we think third action district - it will be that. FC district most likely will be abandoned by G1 beacon. Might be also event/chaos district variation of existing - i don't see why not.

Can u make a weapons like stabba for crims ?

I knew that this question gonna be raised just after this stabba topic. You people are locked in some constant LTL asking cycle or what? -

That is some honest dedication right there. -
Butthurt about my opinion is hardcore, lmao. LTL is really minor thing, get used to it. You will quit it sooner or later, simply out of frustration alone.
-
Meh. G1 get away with it for almost 4-5 years so give them break. Especially since they clearly more focused on EU.
-
You want to handicap yourself? Why not already pick up Hazardous then? LTL is really minor thing in-game. You just hit Cop 15 and quit unless you into it for money and some invisible police karma. Btw. all LTL guns cover sane distance. What do you need? LTL sniper? Use DMR then.
-
It works for me. Are you guys sure you typed it correctly?
-
Wow. Thanks. It looks awesome. Will it run on Pentium 4?
-
We talk UE 3.5. The same console UE 3.5. Did you saw all this performance breaks on it? Yikes. That's why i'm asking somebody from SCPT team to check that.
-
No. I wouldn't be able to afford it. I wasn't able to afford 6-month premium recently despite my wish to have some spare money. And I imagine there are a lot of players who don't spend money at all here.
-
Does any of SCPTs own some shitty PC? Hopefully something near minimal APB requirements like Intel Dual Core or Quad, some weak GPU like 1GB of VRAM and 4GB of RAM set? I would ask them to test it in manner of how much performance suffered or improved. Of course I know there will be fix to optimization but right now I just want to know at what shitty-end PCs stand at.

Taking how many pellets hits target anyway I would decrease weapon damage by at least -2*1 % in each aka. -7 / -14 / -21 % weapon damage. I can see long-distance shotguns otherwise.

I think it was and there were option to get it leased or permanent.

Idea is old and inactual as there been price readjustments and other changes which made it obsolete. ~ Mitne, 2020 Hey. Mitne with another "revolutionary" idea (as with my all ideas, probably second human already benefit from it). What if we add "weapon subscription" option to ARMAs? TL:DR at the bottom What is weapon subscription? - Weapon subscription is my name for option in which you subscribe for weapon for some time and at the moment of paying off price of gun with subscription you receive permanent version of it. What is purpose of it? - There several purposes of such feature: Players might consider getting subscription to try out weapon since it will be something like temporary 3-days or 30-days lease but you gain chance to get it permantely if you pay rest of price. It sure adds to attraciveness to current non-subscribing timed leases (my whole new suggestion is to replace 30 day leases with that option). What would it cover? - Can cover both character or account-wide options. My suggestion would be character-wide options as there is option to expand to account. Economically it sounds right for developer (additional pay along way). How would it work? - It's pretty simple. Let's take Joker CR-5 as example of how it would work. Current price of character-bound Joker CR-5 on ARMAs is 2,999 G1C (2399 G1C with premium) Depends on what type of time stretch you want to give it, usual options in my opinion would be 6 months, one year and two years. Fee would be monthly in my case. I think one year option is the most sound one so I will give example on it. For normal account without premium it would be 2,999 G1C / 12 ~ 250 G1C, for premium account it would be 2,399 G1C / 12 ~ 200 G1C. In both cases you might notice player would lose basically 1 G1C with that option, last subscription fee can be lowered by 1 G1C to correct that of course. Subscription can be cancelled or renewed at any time. Lease tied with subscription runs out the moment G1C balance on account is not meeting subscription monthly fee in moment of it running out. Subscription CAN be renewed either indefintely or with some sane time limit (1-2 months for example) after failing to pay monthly fee. In my opinion 30 days lease should be removed to make option for that as it would make subscription "better option". If you though decide to keep 30 day lease (I don't know why), I would decide to make price of it be the same with monthly fee or lesser. I discourage also against making subscription overall price bigger than character-bound weapon on it's own as people would either save up money or resign from trying. So what can I gain from it? - As customer - different option to pay for permanent weapons which bases on "leasing" type of loan. You own something as long as you pay your loan. As developer - possible bigger income from ARMAs TL:DR: Replace or add option similiar to timed leases (in that case monthly lease) which would at the time of paying up price of character-bound weapon give permanent version of that weapon. So... what are you opinions? Would you fix something or that? Would you approve or disapprove of it? Please, comment in the section.

no han veo civilians cars in streets anymore?
Mitne replied to Kariiim's topic in General Discussion Archive
Yeah. The moment Han Veo taxies appeared, all civilian Han Veos disappeared for me as well. I think it's just another of thousand of old G1 incompetences... they probably just reskined Han Veo and that was their patch about Han Veo taxies... -
The Dog-ear is a better Anti-Vehicle weapon than the DMR-AV
Mitne replied to illgot's topic in General Discussion Archive
Oh no no. I'm fully against that. In my opinion it's DMR which needs serious rework, not ISSR-B. -
Wouldn't be suprised if that DDos would be related to ban wave. Way to prove your innocence, whoever is doing that.
-
Well it should be (temporary) bannable in my opinion. So people would get community is not okay with that. Only repeated offenders in that case should get perm (and I think safe margin would be about 5 temporary bans for that). Week without game make him reconsider that he might be gone forever if he continue to be a banana. No matter how you look at it, you get "nobody" or "additional enemy" in team while opposition got advantage in people (at that moment I would gladly exchange them for even lowest of bronzes x4 if they are gold - bronzies at least make for good distraction to opposition). That's hardly fair, especially when you meet such smart on the same district non-stop (and them being repeated offenders in that case). And as we know, due to population problems such thing is hard to avoid as district even at peak in Citadel sometimes are about 1 and 1/2 filled at best.
