Speaking of cheating, Jericho just got a helluva lot of brand new accounts. All cheating and NOT trying to hide it in the least. Had an enf go aimbotting with a SHAW like they used to do years ago. Ended the mission 30-0 against a group of 4 crims (who I think were closet cheating too but still). Cheaters were mostly self-proclaimed russians. LO needs to get more than just fucking BattlEye, cause it doesnt do jack diddly shit against private cheats

Cheaters more and more. (YES AGAIN)

Oh hey look at that, the SPCT idiot is avoiding the question. How about you answer it, where are your stats saying that those specific countries are keeping those servers alive? Personal experience says Jericho is dominated by primarily english-speaking players which means Brazil isn't the lead pop group. Yet personal experience also says that while Brazil isn't the leading pop, they're the lead in cheaters. -

I like how you say Im going through mental gymnastics when I made literally one post. Also, where's your evidence to state that Jericho is being kept alive by Brazilians and Citadel is being kept alive by Russians? I don't play Citadel so I can't vouch for that, but I've been on Jericho long enough that most people speak proper English in the main hours and only switch to Portuguese late at night. So wheres your stats saying it's "keeping them alive"? -

While Hoplon *DID* bring a needed boost to pop (Jericho) when the servers originally died, this is no longer the case. We now have more than enough players that if Hoplon was recreated, we'd still have plenty of people. It's not "xenophobia" to state factually correct arguments like Russians and Brazilians cover the majority of the cheater-base. A certain popular cheat provider is literally based in Brazil. Problem is, a lot of sketchy shit happens after-hours. From about 5PM EST onwards, Brazilians basically invade the server and the amount of sketchy or otherwise questionable actions rises substantially. This is not a placebo either, I noticed the questionable actions long before I noticed that is was mainly Brazilians doing them. Xenophobia is judgement without base. Simply hating another country or it's people because it isn't/they aren't yours. I don't hate people from Brazil, I don't hate Brazil. I just hate the fact that a lot of cheaters come from it and I wish we could bring back Hoplon so that we wouldn't have to be the main victims of such a group. Remember kids, facts don't care about your ideals, they're not racist. -

Cheaters more and more. (YES AGAIN)
NotTheEnforcer replied to eazy-vinny's topic in General Discussion Archive
Eh, theres a lot of people with VAC bans who no longer cheat, you can find plenty of those guys on Rust, CS:GO, and GMod. The phone number would be a good idea though. War Thunder does the same thing with its 2-Step Authentication. -
Can you being back FFBan please??
NotTheEnforcer replied to Kariiim's topic in General Discussion Archive
Id say just release monthly numbers on how many players have been banned. No need for names and such, just need some evidence that its working. Like "In January, X amount of players were banned for cheating, X for Explicit Content, X for Griefing, etc etc" -
T-25 kit would be dope. I love the T-25 but it just looks so bland and boring. Gimme the option to dress it up a bit, like this perhaps. And maybe a cross-faction kit to make it look like a trophy truck.

Can't believe I'm about to say this...
NotTheEnforcer replied to swft's topic in General Discussion Archive
Jericho has a few people running around like that. A team of 2 crims were up against 4 of us Enfs. Both crims were low-rank golds (below R50) while the the Enf's were all R200+ and using VOIP to communicate. They didn't have any character mods, using base STAR's, even had the starter cars. The first crim went 30-3 against us. The second went 27-5. We only got those kills because me and another Enf switched to Volc/OSMAW and hit them while they were driving. Problem is, these clowns have been running around for the last 2 weeks without so much as a tempban as far as I can tell, even though my group and likely others have reported them as well. A statistic-based anticheat would work amazing for these blatant cheaters. It could track rotation speed, spread, recoil, kills, everything. If it detects something extraordinary or abnormal, it flags/suspends the account pending review by a higher-up. Doesn't even have to ban them, just temporarily suspend until the account can be looked over. -

76-15 in FC, are you joking? There's no way in hell thats legit. You could use the most spammy/OP weapons and you still wouldnt get that score. But hey, if you think thats legit, why don't you go record some raw/unedited gameplay of yourself achieving/surpassing that? -
Grenade stun and opgl are OP
NotTheEnforcer replied to Kariiim's topic in General Discussion Archive
Can the OPGL one-shot? I thought it only did like 98% damage, you at least had to be damaged by something for it to be a one-shot last I checked -

Don't forget the "Why APB iz ded gaem" and "312 ways GamrsFerst culd fix APB" videos that you'll post in 2015

That'd be it. The unbanning covered cheaters, nothing else. You could try sending in another ticket, but its doubtful at best.

Discussion about Necrova
NotTheEnforcer replied to nekrovadead's topic in General Discussion Archive
Because then the Nekrova players would have to be compensated in some form for reducing the damage of the weapon and the removal of unique weapons. Unfortunately it's hard to determine worth of items like that since some people hate them, and some people like them, and some never use them at all. It's not an easy task for LO. -
Chances are, if you aren't unbanned now (since this was OP'd in JUNE), you aren't getting unbanned. You must've done something outside the scope of the bans that are covered in this.

@MattScottYou got any weigh-in on this? Are there any plans for fixing/remaking Waterfront or adding the ability to temporarily level those contacts without being in the district?
-
How special are you to this game?
NotTheEnforcer replied to Defibrillator's topic in General Discussion Archive
Im the guy who drives an MFP (Mad Max) Vegas, dressed like Mad Max, and uses the TAS20. Basically Im Mad Max lol Also was one of the first (not THE first tho) to launch cars on top of the red warehouses in Waterfront before it got patched, but that was under a different name and a LONNNGGGGGG time ago lol -
Thats why I only suggested it as a temporary solution. Currently it seems nobody plays Waterfront because the spawns are horribly designed and some of the mission areas are bad. This would just be a temporary means of levelling WF contacts until WF can actually be gone over and fixed, at that point the temp measure will be removed and players will need to go to WF again.

Keep in mind I meant for people to be able to level them in other Mission Districts, not Fight Club. That was something that someone else suggested.\ Any chance would could get a thought from you on this, @MattScott?
