Agreed, I've wanted that as a feature for so fucking long. Also, not gonna' lie, I'd use the Ursus' skin on a lot of guns, 'cause there currently is no black skin, the closest being assassin, which has little hexes on it. Black metal with black plastic furniture would be nice IMO. Nothing's stopping you from using the default skin on a legendary, and IDK how it hurts for there to be more options.

In my experience the only way I get the COBR-A to perform well is with Cooling Jacket 3, which I consider basically a must-have on the COBR-A. One could make an argument for Improved Rifling 3 or Heavy Barrel 2, but ultimately the COBR-A needs to be decent in close quarters, and seeming as the only downside the CJ3 on the COBR-A is more max bloom, and you should be bursting the gun anyways, CJ3 is the clear choice for me. Plus, the COBR-A will never be great past 50m, so IR4 is something of a waste IMO. On top of that, I wouldn't suggest any sight mods, except maybe Reflex Sight 1 or Hunting sight 1 if you want to increase or decrease FoV in marksmanship mode respectively. I know some people like Magazine Pull on it, but I personally would shy away from magazine mods. Tagger or 3 Point Sling 3 obviously could be helpful, but I would not suggest Mobility Sling. Basically the gun is intended to be fired in 2-4 round bursts, and its niche is being almost on-par with other guns both hip-fired and in MM, so its a difficult gun to use because it's sub-par at everything, but it's also almost on-par with every other gun at every range from 0-50m, so if you play it right I've found it's an extremely versatile gun. . . but. . . I only suggest using it in Financial personally. The reason I only suggest using it in Fin is that, perhaps ironically, it's hard to make use of its versatility in FC or WF, because Asylum is primarily CQC, and as such everyone runs CQC guns and will roll you, Baylan people will stick to their range with a passion and you'll mainly be fighting HVRs and N-TECS at long range and OCAs and the like at close range, so you will, yet again, be rekt, and lastly WF is, rightfully so, often considered to be ruled by long-range guns, so the COBR-A will not shine. Fin, on the other hand, has a good balance of close and far ranges which you need to go between to complete objectives, so being moderately comfortable in any range up to 50m you can try to engage targets at whatever range is uncomfortable for them, you being mostly comfortable in any range. And since you're not going to *always* be fighting an un-optimal match-up like in other maps, it's not a huge deal that you're at a slight disadvantage fighting N-TECs at 50m and OCAs at 10m. Anyways, that's my slightly long-winded take on the COBR-A, its most effective mods, and how to use it.

Interesting, I'd like to see how this works on my. . . very different colored skin. I'll try and remember to try it out next time I actually have premium. (Here's to hoping we get better premium prices.) For my criminal's torn clothing I just use a 2-7-14 base with a 2-5-5 gradient cloud at 26% opacity and it works really well, but Vivi is. . . very pale. Granted, they put you into the next Twisted Metal game as the Somatic Tactical Assault Rifle, but your relatively low hard damage makes you next to useless. My wish is to become the star of Asian drivers.

Because 1. there's a lot of weird oddities in pricing currently, and 2. not all things are equally poorly priced. Example 1: The Shredder SB R&D III is inexplicably the most expensive stand-alone gun on ARMAS at just over $60, despite almost universally being considered a sub-par gun, and not being especially fancy. Example 2: LO might think that Premium currently has a fair price, but wants to take down the prices of guns.

All sniper rifles were buffed to 90m, so the B will be 83 with the silencer, and all assault rifles (except the Ursus and LCR) have a min range of 50 and a max range of 70. On top of that though, if you look into things, the B does slightly more damage, a TON more hard damage. Additionally, the accuracy mechanics of the two guns are vastly different, with the B having much better bloom per shot, and max bloom, as well as better run, sprint, jump, and marksman modifiers. The only accuracy stat the A has better is base accuracy, but that's virtually a moot point since the B has better accuracy in every other way. The only benefits the A really has over the B are a slightly better RoF and more slots, but the RoF difference is extremely minor, especially with everything else considered, and the slots aren't worth it if the gun simply is not as good.

I'm a little iffy on the fourth one, but I don't see why not allow 1-3.

Yes, as outlined in this and this thread on the old forums, the gun was accidentally given a nerf intended by the HVR, but RP refused to completely revert the bug, claiming it would make the gun unbalanced and. . . well. . . here we are now, with the gun being worse and used less than before it was "buffed". It doesn't technically need a buff, but it does need the bug removed from it that made it much, much worse than it was before they "buffed" it in the balance patch.

Fucking hell dude, you act like a few hackers in a game is the end of the world: just wait a week or two and see what happens. Play another game, read a book, take a walk in the park, I dunno', you should be able to live a little without APB if you can't deal with whatever hackers you're facing. The fact of the matter is that waiting a little bit is MUCH better than them launching an anti-cheat that's not properly configured yet. (However, on the other side, if they're just going to un-ban everyone who was banned by FF. . . why do you need to turn off auto-bans?)

The ISSR-A is widely considered one of the worst guns in APB, sorry to say, but if you're going to use it you might kinda' be on your own as far as mods and how to use it goes. That being said, I haven't used the gun much personally, but your mod setup sounds alright.
