Nope, I sit in FC all the time, and while you can purchase a 7-day modification (If it was that much, I can't recall.) It's not really the best place for newer members to grind considering it's mostly full of max rank players. I really don't see the problem with removing or lowering the ranks on modifications that are necessary, especially when the grind is that long.

From what I understand countering car-surfer is indeed not hard to pull off. But it shouldn't be limited to people who grinded to R195. Besides, it would be hilarious to see low R50's making full use of the car surfer mod.

Every game becomes easier and easier for newer players to go through. This is a common trend with mmo's and variants. This game should not be an exception, especially when said modifications are kind of the "meta" to have as well. Full support, if we want newer players to actually stay and enjoy the game, small things like these can help. However, shouldn't you post this in suggestions as well?

I do the same. It happens rarely but if I get put up against opponents that are not supposed to play against a max rank gold, I'll try to give them a chance by using a gun I really can't play, or bust out an ALIG or something. Sometimes a Stabba, but it's something. The problem is you can't lock golds to their own district. Aside from the fact that there's not enough players to do this, it comes with its own flaws. The real solution to this mess is a bigger district, and better matchmaking. The reason you get matched against opponents who are clearly not on your level of skill mainly is because the system didn't find anyone closer to your skill. (Skill referring to threat and rank.) I wholeheartedly agree with you though, I myself brought a few players into the game. And being the "smart" person I am I made an alt account to make sure we'd get decent matchmaking as my friends are bronze low-silver tier. (When they used to play). Aside from the fact dethreaters are actually a common thing, I did not become gold immediately after three missions, even with decent K/D/A's, and I'm a fairly decent player who demolished with the star. Things have definitely changed though, being gold after three missions was a very common thing, so I understand why he brought it up. Did they enjoy the game? They did, because we were playing for fun, and that's a pretty hard thing to do with all the current issues.

As much as I'd want this, I'm fine with the past mistakes purchases I've done. LO is but a humble company and I doubt they can afford to send out G1C. In fact, I'd rather support LO with money once they implement BE. not a whale I swear

Citadel here, had a good 4H session with an occasional spike but had nothing as bad as you mentioned. Don't wanna be that guy but you're sure it's not your own connection right? If multiple users confirm that they're having extreme issue's like you did then it'll be clear something is off.

The Yukon is an absolute monster in very close range, and the best way to counter that is to stay at a decent range, give it the NFAS treatment. The big problem is that you can't see what secondary the enemy has, so let's say you're rushing an HVR-guy and he pulls out the good ol' Yukon on your face and unloads. For now I think the big issue is that people still don't really know how to play against it, but it's like the old NFA if you remember those times.

I'm glad we can all agree that the Yukon is an excellent secondary. Maybe too excellent, but oh well.

I figured since we've got new forums we can now have .gifs in our signature as long as they're 550 x 150 maximum. If .gif signatures are still not allowed I'll gladly remove it.

To me it seems like a healthy idea. The community needs to help out to save this game as well. I think the name GM just sounds pretty strong for someone who can't even ban. Not that I want players to have this ability, but perhaps calling them moderators or something alike would sound more fitting.

Uhh no, streamers should not guide a game. Streamers are part of a healthy game, they bring (good) advertisement to the game and some games are alive or have seen life thankfully to streamers. However, streamers should not have favoritism or more power than any other person. This always happen to a certain extent but this can be overlooked. The big problem with streamers and has been mentioned before is that once they grow big their opinion will be much stronger and may be echoed by their fanbase. Even if this were wrong. The only people who should be in charge of balancing is a person working behind the scenes who takes feedback from the community. With a grain of salt.

It has nothing to do with age or maturity. If a company like G1 that lied through their teeth about promising x and y while only delivering more joker boxes on the armas marketplace makes a big fuck-up like this then it's clear the community who hates their own company would abuse it. I don't regret it, even if I had been banned I wouldn't regret it either. The JMB exploit was a problem that could've easily been avoided, but I'm glad it wasn't. It also showed how incompetent G1 is even more especially when they tried to "handle" the situation accordingly. I don't condone abusing, but if a money-grubbing company like G1 does it and ironically with the most money-grubbing item in the game, I wouldn't hesitate twice and tell everyone it exists. This is my opinion, by the way.

I think both spawn systems were flawed, but I think I've already adapted to the new one. The old one was extremely annoying as you could have unlucky spawns but the new one still has this issue from time to time. The car spawner issue has mainly been solved so if I had to choose between the two I'd say the newer one just because I've already adapted to it. I wouldn't mind a revamp though, but I have no idea how to fix it.

There used to be an excellent way to annoy the living shit out of cheaters, and that was the ability to kick those people at the last few seconds of a mission. Too bad people just kicked anyone that didn't look strong and therefore it got abused all the time. If there's an obvious cheater in my team, I don't teamkill him but I give him the friendly taps with my gun. If he does teamkill me then I can kick him. If there's a cheater on your team the best thing you can do is annoy him. You might lose the mission, but know you're doing the right thing by not letting these people in. Hopefully this problem is solved once BattlEye shows up though.

As far as I know people want the regular HVR nerfed, not the scouts. They also don't need any buffs. Jump-shooting was originally an "oversight" I'd rather not see back.
