Need more details. Which i3, which GPU? We also have no idea what you mean by maximum fps. 60, 120. 9000 fps? I know for sure any GPU with only 2GB VRAM would struggle to run the latest games over 60fps with max graphics. The best would be a GTX 960 or GTX 1050. They will run APB at 100fps on 1080p regardless. A solid state drive only helps for the first few minutes after loading into a district, after that you're at the mercy of the garbage collector being overwhelmed by memory leaks.

Are you saying players with lower spec PCs are causing the servers to crash? That does not make sense. Worst case they will warp around a little due to sending less data to the servers. If anything, players running APB at 144fps stand a better chance at crashing the servers, but only if the netcode is directly linked to the framerate. As far as I'm aware it's not. My theory is a cheat developer is other player's PCs by adding a botnet to their cheats. A bit farfetched, but it seems pretty easy to do.

I have multiple stacks. I still have not seen a nano on any character. I think the percentages should be doubled, or maybe add a feature so doing daily activities significantly increases the chances of rare dailies.

Everyone who's not max threat can fight together and there wouldn't be much difference. The only real issue is full max threat groups being placed against randoms. Even then, the reason randoms have so much trouble is due to VOIP not working for many players. If VOIP worked they could at least manage, and it would be easier to make friends.

Use the in game report. It's faster. If it's configured right, LO shouldn't need to manually sort through each report.

They removed the free G1C rewards. I can't speak for LO but I'm guessing they didn't make much money off of it. Most of those services were shady anyway. By me a lot of teens shovel in the winter and cut the grass in the summer to earn some cash. If your parents are uncomfortable giving you their credit card, they could get a prepaid card with limited funds on it. Paysafecard seems to be the easiest approach if they're available in your area.

APB crashes less. In all seriousness though, if people just invested a little bit of that into their PCs APB would be much more enjoyable for them. I've spent about $100 of my own money. The rest was gifts and free G1C back when Warrack was still a thing.

What are your system specs? APB stutters no matter what hardware you have. Those that say otherwise are lying. Better hardware will reduce the stutters, but they won't go away.

Used to have less than 30ms when joker/jericho was on the east coast. Constantly got killed by high ping players who can shoot you a second after you get behind cover. Now I have about 50ms, with the same players abusing their high ping to shoot you behind cover.

I agree with this. I abused the crap out of radar when it came out. I found tons of places I can safely park a vehicle and have it be safe from opposition. It's basically a wall hack limited to high rank players. Joker tickets are not sustainable. Same goes for spotter and flair gun. I think the flair gun is the worst offender since it requires no tactical thinking, just spam it into a camp area and bam, there's all the enemy players.

Their threat will never go down, they'll keep facing higher threat opp. This system will only benefit them, while still screwing over the players who want to play.
