  1. I've been trying to do that lately and I got all of the meshes for Financial, but I haven't gotten around to putting the district together yet. If you wanna take a crack at it I can send you what I got. It's all from the RTW version btw.

  3. I liked it to a certain degree. I think it should only be active in fight clubs and Anarchy districts though.
  4. It would be nice if males could be a bit skinnier. Their torsos are like tree trunks. It would help with making a meth head looking character too.
  5. They could make the cars feel faster without actually changing any of their stats. They could add an optional animated camera that would include the old camera sway that was present in RTW-2012, and make it so that the FOV widens slightly based on the vehicle's speed while looking forward within a certain angle limit. That way if you turn the camera to the side the FOV returns to normal so it doesn't just look weird. Emphasis on it being optional.
  6. As long as it doesn't affect the driving then I'd love to see this. Same as rain, if done correctly then adding light snowfall particles shouldn't be an issue.
  7. I'd love a distorted version of the "Electric Guitar" instrument or better yet a general Distortion effect that can be applied to any instrument like Low Pass Filter or Delay. The Brittany BR Guitar sounds okay but it barely has any range, no sustain, and you can't really make chords with it. Oh and trumpets. We need trumpets.

  9. I've tried it before and I gained no advantage. It may just be because I have a stiff scroll wheel, and people with a more loose one may have an easier time, but I actually did considerably worse with a carbine. My aim was all over the place because of the weird finger positioning and stiffness. And half the time out of pure muscle memory since I'm used to clicking when I see an enemy I would end up pushing the scroll wheel in and holstering my guns lol. (I rebound unequip weapons to middle mouse because G is just an easier grenade button for me)
  10. As far as I know neither RP or LO will migrate characters because it's a major pain in the patootie. I remember RP saying that there were huge amounts of data to move for each character and I think Matt Scott pretty much said the same thing at one point but I don't remember for sure.

  12. 6/10 It was pretty alright, just not a fan of those lead stabs, they sounded kinda cheesy. I liked that metallic droning sound though.

  15. I think that people would still stick to the main game for actual playing due to the lack of progression in OTW. Frequent character wipes were mentioned before when OTW was made public so I don't think it would suck a ton of people out of the main game. But I'm sure a ton of us would love to help with testing the new engine.

  17. Yes they're actually doing two engine upgrades at the same time. The first is to Unreal 3.5 (what the consoles are running on) and another that is being done by another team to convert it to Unreal 4 by stripping the game down and rewriting everything which will take a while. Currently they're mainly working on getting the servers to perform properly from what I can tell and they just implemented Battle Eye which seems to be working great so far. To get fully caught up I recommend reading all the pinned threads in Social.
  18. The prices are WAY too high on Armas. The Shredder R&D III costs as much as a new triple A title, and that's just unacceptable. They should really take a look at Warframe's pricing as far as weapons go.
  19. I don't think it's as accurate as you think it is. The issue isn't how you feel driving, it's how your driving is represented to everyone else. GTA Online has this sort of prediction and half of the time cars are moving along smoothly for the driver, but for anyone watching him he's teleporting around, ramming into things... flying...
  20. I'd keep Asylum at 20v20, it's too big to reduce the player count imo.
  21. The carbine rewards those that can click fast and time their shots right, that would be an issue of the carbine's balance, not a trigger bot issue. A game's weapons should never be balanced around cheats.
