Make car spawner subtract from inventory space like ammo does currently. It makes no sense that someone can hold 3 heavy items in an espacio, and still spawn their entire team on it, and it would force groups to choose between carrying multiple or heavy items in a vegas, or choose between a slower vehicle to carry items better.

There's that, but a lot of changes bug wise such as map changes will be a lot easier to do after the EU, which is what a ton of people have been waiting for. Since it allows LO to use newer and better tools than before. (Which is why when G1 had done some map changes, car spawners would disappear because how things are coded and mixed together) The new tools will help with map balance as well. Such as what G1 did in fixing Suji in Fin, and Bloodrose Roof in WF

If they have the same TTK as other CQC weapons it wouldn't be "too slow" plus it would provide a slightly faster TTK after shots are fired.

It was there or over the group hud. I use Shadowplay so it "has" to be one of the four corners. I didn't want it covering chat, nor radar, and I put my discord over by the group names, and prefer it there on the left over the right, so it left that spot being the only place i can put it. It isn't the first time i've encountered this glitch either with VIP either, it seems that if you kill VIP, if its 1-1 and you die in ~1sec after the VIP dies, it registers that the VIP won. I guess it registers VIP death slower? Don't know. I just know I finally got to record it. While true, it's something that has to be brought up so that LO can be made aware regardless. Though I should have put it in "Bugs and Technical" if that were the case lol. I figured I may as well have people be made aware of it regardless

That was 2015 APB when cheat clans were rampant and game abuse was almost every mission. You won't get that now. Cheaters are extremely far and few between, (aside from one fishy max player) I have yet to see someone I'd assume is actually cheating, and it's been like that for the past like 8-12 months. So you'll have a much better time in regards to that. However, the pop is nowhere near what it was back then either.

You can't see the lives in the video cause my camera was blocking it, but the lives were 1-1, killed the VIP then lost when teammate died after VIP did. Like what? (skip to ~35s)

Well its either that or A. Slightly reduce recoil, or B slightly reduce bloom, its ttk should be fine as is, but the 1 extra hit is really f-cky. (appearently the fbomb in this way isnt blocked lol) -

There are only a handful of extremely high skill players left in Jericho. Most also ONLY tend to be good in a coordinated group. If your groups coordinated and they are solo, they fall extremely flat. So i'm not very surprised. Most of the previous "high skill" ones were either banned for cheating (no surprise there, but got unbanned) or quit playing and play occassionally. As for the G1 EU favoritism, dunno how true that is but it wouldn't be surprising. Though they did do mass handouts of "dressed to thrill" as well lol. I've requested a number of changes for weapons and they've gone through, or were dismissed, im not worried about it that much but that was G1 not LO, and it often took years before such changes happened anyways lol. Those 3 examples are meh examples at best. Shotgun rayscaling I can agree was somewhat casualized, however i feel it was not really to make the user be stronger, as it to not feel so horrendous on the "other end" of a shotgun. The 3 new weapons have no bearing on competitiveness in APB, tons of weapons have been added, and as long as they aren't overpowered broken, its okay to have different weapons. The Showstopper is simply a nfa/fr0g ranged shotgun pistol to begin with, people complain about it waaaaay too hard, it's ttk is ironically balanced for its range to begin with. HVR i can agree with, however, quickswitched needed removed - end of story-. I do hate what they did to the HVR though, it feels clunky and bleh to use now, but that's what happens when G1/LO goes with alternative "fixes" for a simple problem, instead of "stop 3ps3 from being used on snipers" or "add a downside to 3ps3". APB however, is extremely casual as many out of mission things influence missions. It's casual by nature. While I agree higher TTK may be better, and G1 intentionally botched those tests so people would stop calling for it. The tutorial system atm is meh for new players, as well as the matchmaking being "eh" because of population, district sizes, etc. Those do drive away new players, but not nearly as much as getting curbstomped by vets constantly. I'll never understand peoples love for CSGO, i can "somewhat" understand siege (but it still feels trashy to play lol). They are overhyped imo, I got them both and neither feel very competitive. CSGO has a terribad aim system where your bullets don't land where you aim down sights (lol what dumbass made that system), and Siege has spawn kills and feels overall clunky where you're forced to corner peak everything and still get instantly killed by a camper peaking a corner for the last 4 minutes waiting for you lol. I'd barely call them competitive unless you have a twisted idea of competitive or are a masochist looking to suffer. Both games also have toxic communities, overall moreso than the handful of players that are in APB.

Pretty much. I know I and maybe a handful of others don't camp items etc, and only pull some of the stuff that occurs in game -after- the enemy pulls it first for justification. I call em fake golds as well, but they are rather toxic (i can be at times though as well hehe). I do have an EU char or two, but i've never bothered playing it too much cause of latency. I might have to try again.

While I agree that they aren't "good" players, that doesn't mean that they don't have good mechanical skill and god tier awareness and coordination, let alone a competitive mindset nor wish to play competitively. I just call them competitive because to "win" is their end goal, and they do so by -any- means. Quite frankly I wouldn't even know who to call "competitive" on Jericho by your standards. Maybe EU is a bit different in those terms. Matchmaking does cause problems though I agree, however there's little means in terms of fixing it until they can pretty much force cross district matchmaking.

I'm glad you think that, but I'd highly disagree, because i've seen many of the extremely competitive players who are a literal nightmare for most people to even think of playing against constantly stomp, farm, and spawn hunt new players. You might not find it fun, but it IS what is happening regardless of how "fun" it is, luckily the number of such people are also "low" but that doesn't prevent the damage from being done. APB is a PVP game, yes, that implies some competitiveness, however that is also skewed due to threat, matchmaking and a 45v45 game pop. In reality the game in its current state has neither the population, nor the systems to ensure that it is competitive, nor make it competitive. It's always been more of a "cops vs robbers customization sandbox" rather than competitive, which is why there is no real competitive mode, and it hasn't been since G1 took over imo. They G1 removed leaderboards and threat numbers, fixed the most broken locations, and more or less casualized and attempted to fix a number of broken things in game. Actually it does, because depending on the person, generally competitive mindsets for APB players tend to skew more towards "cheap tricks, spawn hunting, and abusing broken mechanics" rather than "fairplay on an equal playing field." This drives away players, new and old alike. Being "competitive" is more than just trying to win, but most competitive players cant even understand that. There is no set guidelines of how to play "competitive" in APB. Regardless of what you think, while many including myself don't enjoy stomping low silvers and new players, pretending that competitive people aren't farming new players is moronic. I've seen it a ton, i've seen some of the most competitive people abuse every glitch, vegas jump to every location, spawn hunt new players, and abuse ingame mechanics for cheap wins. Not only that but years ago when I suggested that there be guidelines/community guidelines for competitive fair play, I legit got laughed at and mocked. Why? Because competitiveness in APB is only about winning. Not how you win, which is what drives people away. Every competitive game in sports has rules and regs to follow, this isn't the case for APB. Hence APB cannot be truly competitive. I agree here, at its core currently APB is not meant to be very competitive. With the amount of out of mission interference, abusable glitches/exploits and such it's just not there. That isn't to say you can't have a competitive match here and there, but overall your gaming is going to be very casual with little competition, especially if you're already at the high machanical and tactical skill point.

So competitive in fact that the Game's population is literally dead because of competitive mindset of high rank golds farming lowbies. Yes, that's sooo much worse than everyone being able to kill the actual problem. Overtime used to work, you can thank G1 for changing OT 1-2x and breaking it into its current mess. New players pretty much NEVER get bounty though unless ramraiding. The only people legit crying are the vets/skilled players for getting killed and losing the obj hold because of it, new players can't care less because they'll never get it.

I do agree that a few people did switch from ntec after the changes, I honestly didn't realize how clunky the changes they did would feel, though I still see ntec a bit, and it is nice to have a little more variety from the change. (However I also don't know what "all" they touched.) It feels like they increased jump modifier and max spread, and made it bloom even more after each shot while leaving the bloom recovery the same. While the Carbine can be somewhat RNG-ish at times, it's also extremely effective. I'm worried that if its RNG gets "fixed" then other tweaks would have to happen to it to ensure its balanced properly. It can already dominate hard, which is why i'm weary of any changes to it. If it can be made less RNG but remain at it's current effectiveness I wouldn't mind a rework for that purpose. Yeah the bullshark would need refinement, i wouldn't know where to begin aside from that because its ttk can drop to .35 or something on its last burst or two. 3 v 2 shot shotguns are a rough design decision, i'm used to the two shotting, however I can also understand the aggrevation of not being able to do anything because they use cover so effectively. The best i can hope for is 2/3 shots which can be done fairly reliably but without being as hard to counter, but I only see one way to do so. As for the Curse, true i think my fear is simply overbuffing something. I don't feel that your version would make it too powerful, though I feel the TTK should be somewhat careful being lower than .7 if the rest of the CQC roster got switched back to ~.7 as it has recently, then you could potentially have something too good in CQC, which can be effective a little past it. Probably right about the scout, i'm just being cautions about "how much" extra time the scout has to 2 shot. The current version feels good imo after the CA3 nerf, but I can get why people want it buffed a bit still. That said i think the only way to make it better would be to adjust damage and calculate CA3's heal time for that damage and work from there. Showstopper - That may be true but it can also be said for any pistol especially the fr0g or .45. The Showstopper is sort of a middleman between the NFA and Fr0g imo, which wouldn't be hard to balance except for the fact that it's also a shotgun. If it has to 4 shot-5 shot (which it often does have to do if you aren't sub 3m) then its TTK goes up to ~.95-1.3 seconds, which is why i'm not exactly for wanting it to be nerfed to a 4 shot. That said LO is nerfing its damage to 378. Pig "in the right hands" indeed, however that doesn't change that its got a very high skillcap to reach that point. Other than that it's just a really annoying sidearm. We'll see how LO's shotgun changes pan out, Noones on joker so I havnt been able to test, hopefully i'll be able to hop into a EU district tomorrow to test -

Don't get me wrong, it's got great hard damage, fast ttk, and is fairly reliable, as far as snipers go honestly I prefer the oblivion's gimicky accuracy while moving over most other snipers because I find it more reliable than the ISSR and its "take forever to recover bloom" mechanic, but that's just cause I probably fire too fast.
