Ever since the game revived the number of them have increased 10x fold. Its a daily basis between Jericho and Citadel. This butt hurt kiddie is trying to take the game down most likely cause he got banned for hacking. LO has to take appropriate action already and change their servers, addresses and trace this kiddie so criminal charges can be filed.

That in and of itself would give new addresses and criminally going after this kiddie would lock em up for awhile which would ultimately help with the daily attacks.

New servers aren't going to help if the software doesn't support it. New IP addresses wouldn't do anything because it can be easy to find. Tracing a DDoS to its source is pretty hard to do if not impossible. You have thousands of devices flooding your network with packets, and all commanded by one individual who isn't part of said thousands of devices. For extra safe measures he is using a VPN that uses a random place from somewhere in the world to send out these attack commands. How do you trace all that back to find him? I dont think anyone would risk their pc not even with vpn, just contract a service or others.

Very true, I was thinking more of something like Tor which is just more enhanced since it bounces through multiple random nodes.

Yes they dont have an effect on it but when theres a DDOS daily on ur servers it crosses the line. Once said line is crossed im 99% sure if caught there will be charges.

When the servers would crash duing G1's tenure, MrEpicGoat and Adrianna were bragging about how they would crash the servers... and then the servers would crash.

This is actually making the game unplayable, not just unfun. 1
