What is your sugestion?

Ive sugested crossmap pledge for other reasons 2, but it was better to kill some weapons instead.

Waterfront is a terrible map, if it wasn't for the game forcing you to play there (due to contact progression), the overwhelming majority would never touch the place. Really hope that at some point in the future, Little Orbit takes the time to rebuild the map from the ground up.

I support WF Wednesdays - LO plz ban FN on Wed kthx.

I like WF for just being different. But I agree that we need to make Contacts (and JT dailies) available in any District.

But I think LO is looking to solve the WF problem with the cross-district queuing thing - it won't help players who simply hate the place but will help those that need it to progress but just like me wanting every gun on every available platform - contacts and dailies should be the same - catering to every player and style. Want to progress 1-255 and max every Contact in FC only? Why not? If you love FC why should you be forced to leave and go somewhere you're not going to enjoy?  What is this IRL?

I feel where you are coming from... but if they did that, I feel like they might as well delete WF.

I like it. Place have more emphasis on really short ranges and really long ranges at the same time.

While in financial N TEC-5 rules pretty much all missions. But yes, if you are mostly a N TEC-5 guy then Financial is probably the "better" map.

And for anecdotal statistics,.. on Citadel both maps often have 40/40 high threat districts. Both having elite premade clan groups with R255 gold players that don't care about in-game character progression. Sometimes more players in Financial. Sometimes more players in Waterfront. They both look to be about equally popular if you ask me.

???? I'm guessing this is a NA situation more than anything

Game's dead anyway, deal with it.

I just start a new or play another character.

Pardon me, but how does that fix anything exactly?

Ya, I'm locked to Waterfront if I want to level atm... Which is fine, I don't mind WF, but there's no one there and I can't ram raid. I'm literally stuck at r170. 😧

Put contacts in Fight Club & RIOT. Make progression on them much slower in these modes, but put them there as well already, new(er) players need more ways to catch up. Just do it! Don't be so conservative with the main game, try stuff!

Maybe you are going full speed on the engine update now, which would be amazing, but please after that, just try such stuff. It cannot hurt the game, people will play the modes they like anyway. Also it would add way more initiative to go Premium in these modes, etc, etc, etc. DO IT, try stuff! It's your game now!!

It is sad LO should at the very least bring back the single player no-OP missions so Enfos can grind measly morsels of contact XP while we wait for WF Wednesdays to become real.

For some reason in Jericho Bronze server is always active and on Financial. And the Silver district is always on Waterfront. I like both equally,  but they should  change both up a little more. Just help newer players get those contacts going.

Sitting in Waterfront with no opp trying to level.

Waterfront Wednesday, anyone? 😛

it was an off day where people wound up in financial for some reason.

this is what phasing would fix.

a band aid for now would not solve the real problems.

Many find it problematic only because it's too open. As in, not much room to anyone who use close quaters weapons.

Is that terrible map? Not really. I guess general idea was that this was supposed to be sniper vs sniper type of map. Many open areas and alternative paths giving open view to eventually camping opposition shows that.

Financial is more enclosed with few expections. Seems to be more balanced as there is place for close quaters weapons and distanced ones. It's kinda funny because this map was supposed to be close quaters map.

So yeah - attraction to financial over waterfront is caused only because of how map is built for fighting.

For some reason financial is also more memorable and waterfront look more generic. I guess skyscrapers got more charm to them than warehouses.

Waterfront was designed for RTWs longer ttk, and while the ttk has changed, the map has not.

Add to that seriously lopsided missions due to map design, and you have a map that at times can be very frustrating to play on.

There are players with some really good ideas for changing the map. I am not one of them.

It's important to know your limits.
