I don't remember if RTW made it that way or if G1 did either way for APB to grow and bring in more people , we need more districts and events etc. and for that the interface is a must to be worked on.

but it looks nicer <33 and yes smooth is on because it freaks out on my comp otherwise because of my monitor. someday......someday

the current interface can only support a certain number of districts. once a new Engine and interface are made then there should not be a limit anymore they spend more than that on anti cheat regardless.

New content maxed out or not for me would hopefully give others something to do/earn. I'm going to shoot at people either way , so I'm good with it regardless of if it maxes out for me or not. still it would be nice if I could actually earn it.

I disagree because is actually relevant. It doesn't sound like the patch. it sounds like you hitting past the fps limit. it is discussed on that thread.
