we do get new players but until matchmaking/threat/phasing , new content , gun balancing , and a proper tutorial are done then they most likely will not stay for long

RIOT is not complete , its a beta. With the small Jericho population it is not doing well but word is Citadel is doing better. The Engine Upgrade itself is being tested by SPCT and QA because new problems were found before that delayed it somewhat. I'd rather have it functioning properly than a rush job , and because of that , it will be ready when it is ready. I do not recall anyone from Little Orbit even coming close to suggesting they were not doing other updated content as well , so please stop making it sound like they did. As for asking what we would like to play , that's fine but keep in mind that Little Orbit also has to expand by adding content for what is popular out in other types of shooters as well. otherwise it will be much harder to make APB grow.

There are new possibilities when there is new programming. new things that could not be done before can become available. And no i said nothing about that other stuff because it has nothing to do with it at all.

that would have to be a whole new game. development would take roughly 3 years as per standard time other companies say it took for them actual development and cost will vary just not practical at this time to make a whole new game although an "Old Town" district that fits the 30's could be done but even then it wouldn't be practical given everything else we need done first. but who knows maybe they will make a new district called "Old Town" and add in some older cars. We already got a Tommy gun to go with it....

True. MattScott did say so. lets not add something that wasn't working for us if it cant work for us properly. unrealistic since all of that can be changed in a few minutes for each part. That doesn't solve anything because of it or game companies would of been doing this today effectively. The cheaters that you speak of wont care they have throw away accounts as well as throw away email just to play again. while this works for a casual aka "noob cheater" the rest know how to do this easily and the " noob cheater" will just find out where they got the cheat from since its common knowledge for them all. while true that the less convenient the means to restart , some will do it just because and blame the companies for not stopping them. there may be a few people who still remember that happening on APB and how the cheaters would say that to people. you were right again it didnt take them long to say it.

1 . and they just deployed new measures for protection.\ 2. if there is valid evidence then send it to support. they ban when there is conclusive evidence and not just because someone kills you. 3. yes mods and guns need a rebalance as do matchmaking - as for armas - they are not better but they are different. and no they arent pay to win. some are by far worse if you dont have skill
