I had whole zip of it sitting in my assets partition but it got deleted when my interest for doing apb stuff stopped. There used to be APBcarepackage or something hosted by someone. I bet some people still have it.

How long do you play APB? There will always be some cheaters and fishy moments that has nothing to do with cheats. Either enjoy what's left of this game or take a break. Nothing will ever change.
