i don't get why this specific achievement is a problem, there are countless achievements in countless games that are difficult and/or pointless to work toward also don't really see why orbit should work through "fixing" achievements when the rest of the game doesn't even work, that's kind of the opposite of good priorities besides that 'if you could sign by the x', 'mailman', and 'neither snow nor rain nor heat...' are all much more difficult for enforcers to complete imo (assuming you aren't exploiting the system)

but the vas sw2 is an nssw reskin, i'm confused now and i think they could use another slight buff you literally quoted the part where i said the frenzy's ttk would remain the same legendary weapons aren't supposed to be op (and i've suggested they be renamed to something other than "legendary" before) but that doesn't mean they can't be good and/or have their own niche a burst fire weapon that plays like an assault rifle is plenty unique imo

i seriously doubt you're getting perfect 3 shots on 3 people with an nfas anyway i'd much rather kill one person and reload in a second than suffer through like 3 seconds of reload time every mag mp3 on the thumper works well because of the single shell reload mechanic since getting a perfect 3 shot kill means you only have to reload a single shell (.4s?) to be prepared for another fight, i find this far more useful when encountering multiple enemies and perfect 3 shots more common on the more accurate thumper also don't really see the need for 3ps3, you shouldn't need to swap weapons so badly unless you've already been outplayed

spitballing here: all EOL variants should have 2 open slots and all grenade types should explode on impact rather than having a fuse timer, this would move them away from being "opgls but shittier" and give the guns a clearly defined niche - if they still underperform then perhaps the windup timers can be adjusted (but not removed imo) as necessary osmaw should receive a hard damage buff proportional to the vehicle health buff from a few years ago (and the volcano mechanics should be altered but thats a different discussion), allowing it to one shot (1600 hard damage) or almost one shot (1550 hard damage) heavy vehicles ocsp variants should be changed to 6stk and ttk should be an even 1s, if that proves to be too effective then bloom per shot can be slightly increased tommy gun (m-1922) should have the recoil curve mechanics removed, recoil should still be fairly heavy but consistent misery ttk should be decreased to either .8s/.85s (other stats adjusted as needed) and range should be increased to either 55m/60m respectively aces smg should have lower bloom per shot and lower max bloom aces rifle should also have lower bloom per shot, and lower ttk to a flat .7s issr-a should have ttk decreased to .75s (other stats adjusted as needed) scout should have no sprint delay norsemen should have drastically increased accuracy or a lower ttk, something around .75s frenzy should be 6stk, other stats adjusted to maintain .69s ttk shredder should have a range increase to 30m or a ttk decrease to .8s vas-c2 should have 3 open slots act44 and rsa should have further accuracy buffs snub nose (snr) should have ttk reduced to .75s at the cost of massive bloom per shot if fired at max rof- basically the "fan the hammer" mechanic the harbinger supposedly has sas pdw should receive an minimal accuracy buff sbsr repost bullshark repost also probably an unpopular opinion but i think we hit "too many guns to effectively balance" in apb a while ago, and i think some weapons should be turned into reskins instead of trying to balance them rabid should be an nssw reskin curse should be an aces rifle reskin oblivion should be an issr-b reskin harbinger should be an act44 reskin mountie series should be sas pdw reskins

you'd only have to rewrite the range stat and the nfas would still have less range with less accuracy, what's your point? em3 is a trash mod on pretty much everything tbh i'd rather have mp3

half of these aren’t even bugs these are all the same issue, it’s the result of the vehicle hitbox being subjected to a situation that it judges to be massively/continuously damaging - your car is crushing itself between immovable objects it may not make sense for the car to explode, but that’s a gameplay design choice and it’s not like shooting a car until it explodes makes sense either this could probably be “solved” by smoothing out or extending the hitboxes of immovable objects but then you’d end up with invisible barriers that don’t line up with the visible objects these are the same “bug” all weapons suffer from poor hit registration, it’s caused by low tick rate servers and poor net code another gameplay design choice, and one that’s used in almost every other shooter shotguns can’t have 50m range and still be balanced in apb i do think shotgun range is too low atm but you have to remember that their limited range is the only downside shotguns really have, every extra meter of range you allow makes that downside less and less significant this is a deliberate design choice to allow for apb’s extensive customization, if hitboxes were the exact size of your character then a majority of people would use the smallest skinniest character customization possible

more likely that the general community hasn’t been able to overcome past perceptions yet, the thumper was a trash gun for years before the shotgun buff unlike the ursus, which has been a solid gun from day 1, who’d “waste” money on a gun that they remember as shit?

the strife is not a 20-30m shotgun the nfa-9 has significantly less ammo, less range, and less accuracy than a majority of its primary smg counterparts in order to balance it's absurdly low ttk the base showstopper does not have these downsides when it comes to shotguns, and while admittedly it has less of a ttk gap it still has an edge over more than half of the available shotguns this is statistically untrue, and if you're arguing that a showstopper user will rarely hit min ttk then the same goes for a jg user

the thunder is a shredder with a lower ttk, despite being decent it does still fit into the secondary weapon design ethos i would be fine with a spread adjustment, ideally the thunder should have slightly less accurate pellet spread than the shredder as well

tbh i think the thunder is fairly balanced which makes it difficult to change the base showstopper, as any change will affect both guns the base showstopper has primary weapon functionality as a secondary weapon, that’s 100% not balanced it takes time for meta fads to catch on, the rfp took months before people realized the accuracy buff was too good and even the troublemaker didn’t become “must own” overnight
