  1. Moirai is underrated, always has been. The reverse speed is my biggest gripe with it, but IIRC it was AWD in RTW, and I know for a fact that the unmodded RTW Moirai could tank one OSMAW rocket without exploding.
  2. Moirai has one of the highest top speeds in game and it also has one of the best suspensions; you're thinking of the Cisco, that thing is a proper hovercraft.
  3. This would be a fair equivalent for crims. PIG is unjustly maligned; it was even nerfed from a 2 shot magazine with high RoF to the single shot mag we have now, and it wasn't broken with a 2 shot magazine either. LTL was left in the dust by lethal weapons before Reloaded CBT even released, since the TTK was reduced on all lethal weapons, Energizer was rolled into the stock stamina pool, and LTL time to stun was left by itself; G1 had even promised to do a full LTL re-work at some point, but that never happened. PIG has a 10m hard range limit, and if you're getting dropped by PIG+perc you need to not be getting so close; improvise, adapt, overcome, but don't nerf LTL more than it has been.
  4. I run 12.2 sensitivity at 2k DPI and I have to move my mouse downwards like crazy when full-autoing the Tommy gun; it wasn't too strong before the change, I'm with Kewlin on this one.
  5. N-FA 9 is legitimately one of the best secondaries in the game Compared to UL-3 series, I prefer N-FA for hugging people, but UL-3s are useful at range.
  6. Because the maps were designed around the original TTK/no weapon dropoff, so big open spaces and the HVR weren't the problem they are today.

  9. STAR LCR in general is underrated, but Old Glory most of all; people seriously underestimate that gun. N-FA 9 is also underrated. It's the OG hug machine! N-SSW is tons of fun with IR3/HS2, since it feels like old N-TEC, but you never see anyone using it.
  10. Considering mouse fix and Advanced Launcher were both expressly allowed by previous management, ToS was overridden. As it stands, mouse fix doesn't do anything anymore, and Advanced Launcher is under investigation by LO to ensure its compatibility with BE. As BE is not live, I'm still using Advanced Launcher for better "ultra" settings than the in-game options allow for, but once the patch is announced, I'll be repairing or re-installing my client.
  11. OSMAW has always had 140m maximum range, and the rocket has always traveled in a perfectly straight line; only the Volcano has an arc on the rockets.

  13. The work being done on implementing doesn't mean it's ready for production; I would bet that it's in testing at this point. Do you really want a rushed BattlEye client and more paranoia and suspicion around an anti-cheat in APB? Let them get it right.
  14. It hasn't even been a month since the announcement of the acquisition; in that time, we've gotten a huge increase in communication and transparency where it is appropriate. As of the Q&A stream, BattlEye implementation is 3/4 done and due for the next patch. When they say "very soon", I trust them, and I don't expect an exact date, because technology does not cooperate 100% of the time.
  15. According to the first clip in the OP, he didn't have /fps up during the teleporting sequence, and only turned it on after it was basically over.
  16. He didn't have /fps up during the TP portion, so we don't have any information about his client at that point in time, aside from the gameplay footage itself. I've personally seen speedhackers go that smoothly that quickly, so what we witnessed in the second clip is not out of the realm of possibility. Goat has a video on his YouTube channel from 2015 where he's speedhacking around, and while not as smooth as the Twitch clip, that's from 3 years ago.

It's a little on the quiet side to avoid my ears being destroyed while in Social.

While I left things unsaid, it doesn't seem appropriate to call my comment disingenuous; the TTK change affected everything, exacerbating the power of the HVR to tag enemies and have them be easily finished off by teammates, and damage dropoff neutered the ability of any weapon to even attempt to counter an HVR at range. I remember countering HVRs with RSA before dropoff was introduced; try it now and you'll probably die. Currently the HVR is disproportionately strong compared to its historical self, by way of other mechanics changing around it.
  19. Friendly reminder that nobody thought the HVR was problematic until the TTK was reduced in CBT 1. How to fix HVR: restore RTW TTK and remove damage dropoff.
