  1. Aside from what owzzy posted, there are a ton of areas that are accessible with a Vaquero/Mikro/other small vehicle that Pioneer/Espacio cannot get into. There are some areas a T-25 can get into that Pioneer/Espacio cannot as well. Most of OP's points are right or have some credence, but they were wrong about one thing. In any case, I don't particularly want LO to address these in the current engine, as the more time spent getting 3.5 out the door, the better.

  3. Personally, I use muzzle break and mag pull 3; I feel that hunting sight is unnecessary, given how the recoil knocks your aim around anyway. Muzzle break lets you focus more on reducing vertical recoil and mitigates the side to side jumps.

I always felt the LCR was representative of the drastic difference in RTW TTK and RP TTK, since the LCR is what the RTW STAR was; I always preferred the slower fire rate, but it wasn't strictly competitive. The fire rate of the PR1/2 without the RoF downside is more in line with contemporary weapons, but my main concern here is the Old Glory, since it's quite effective now instead of just being a meme machine.
  8. I like the changes made to the LCR, but was just looking for some clarification; the changes were made specifically because of IR affecting the PR1/2 LCR variants.

  10. Will using two separate shades of one color incur a penalty? e.g. Orange 1, Purple 1, and Yellow 1 and 2 would technically be 4 colors.

Due to LO's silence on the topic of banned cheaters, and since it is directly opposite the behavior RP displayed, there is a perception that LO is doing nothing to curb cheaters; all we've gotten so far are statements from you to the effect of "we are banning cheaters", which for plenty of people (including myself) is an acceptable level of information, but for others, is clearly not enough. A more complete discussion of the "cheater problem" should assuage the squeakiest wheels.
  12. A more detailed map would be very welcome. I'm split on the radar idea, however. Thinking back to Halo, which has a similar radar implementation as APB, it never seemed to detract from the gameplay; with GTA's minimap/radar, however, I would hate to have APB's style instead. It's a question of which implementation best fits APB's gameplay.

Scuttlebutt on Midtown used to be that it's the precursor to Financial, and it in itself as a district doesn't exist; can you comment a little more given that you mention it now as a separate district? Also, while we're on this topic, Asylum was originally supposed to be the Crim social district, and this: was supposed to be the Enforcer social district. Whatever you have to do, please get this into the game somewhere down the line!
  15. My account is imported from RTW, and I have a vague memory of utilizing the link Lixil had provided. I assumed that the service stopped being offered at one point, because one of my friends was no longer able to import his RTW account, though I don't recall the specifics of why.
  16. There was a migration process during CBT or OBT for RTW veterans to get their accounts/characters back, is this in reference to that?

It still deducted money, but yes, not the correct amount; in any case, I got bit by this in a mission yesterday when I ran out of EOL grenades and respawned twice without any ammo before I could get to a resupply. I hope that LO can fix the automatic resupply such that it takes the correct amount of money away and gives us this good bug back.
  18. It was not a bug. It was intentionally done by Reloaded. It should not have been reverted. I recall this being communicated as a conscious design change, but I'm having trouble locating it on forums-old or in blog posts; in any case, I think that the way the ammo resupply had been working for the past couple of years was totally fine. I hate buying ammo and having to deal with the stupid dialogue box that appears when you inevitably try to buy more ammo than you can store.
