Id rather see a points system for players playing in their respective districts IE. Golds in gold districts. Minus points for golds playing in bronze district of course. I even brainstormed having a % of premium bonus for this same concept. Maybe 25% items reduction and bonus for RP\$$$$.

Most streamers need insane PCs to keep a constant FPS. Maybe this is why they seem better than the norm. Also practice makes perfect.
