I agree with Gabe. As it stands now, I wouldn't recommend anyone spend any money on APB. Now if you've got fuck you money, waste it on whatever you want.

For me, the best way to play APB is with all chat turned off, and your friends on voice in Discord. Very rarely would you be seeing positive chat anyways, even when its not directed at you. But as far as being perma silver with 2,000 hours, I'd say you absolutely belong in silver districts. And if you keep playing there you will improve, I promise.
