There is a strange phenomenon in APB and other competitive games in regards to cheaters.. the lower the skill of the player (in apb the lower the threat), the more "cheaters" they believe exist. As a silver district player on Jericho, hackusations in game were sporadic at best.. but since segregation has been removed, it seems all I hear in game is hackusations. So either most cheaters were in bronze districts, or players are basing what they believe to be "possible" on their own abilities in the game.

2 million registered accounts (the claim was 3 btw) in a game that peaked somewhere around 150k players and lost 99%+ of it's player base in the first year. But yeah, let's bring back the threat system used in that time.

Oh, I didnt think you meant me. I was just commenting on your attitude that you are somehow better than others. Players may go too far, but often their complaints ARE valid. Its not fair to them to ignore that fact.

That sounds like exactly what a GM would say.

Its just a common thing for arranged matches. All parties involved will agree on what can and cant be used prior to the match. This allows players to avoid the parts of the game they do not enjoy.

The luckiest I got was the day I realized APB lets you dupe symbols infinitely... I just started printing money at that point. Who needs JMB when you can have unlimited in game cash for the MP?

RTX user here as well... its far from ideal and a little ridiculous, but ironically you have to LOWER your graphics settings to avoid the OOM errors. Its a freaking mess, but ATM unless nvidia releases a patch specifically for this issue with APB... we are just SOL.

Very interesting. Honestly Ive been lucky enough lately to have some people smarter than me talk about things like fairness in matchmaking, and Im not longer certain that how APB does things is the best way. (disclaimer: Im not sure it isnt either)

If you play games online and face a cheater, the odds are in favor of it being an American over any other nationality.

If you google such things, Americans are the biggest cheaters.
