Fairly certain I know why that is, this is due to the internal naming of those stats. The value that's being referred to is listed as "fmindamagerange" (which is something that's been there for many many years). That's what caused the confusion.

I could be wrong, but this should be the distance over which it goes from maximum damage to minimum damage (a.k.a. the drop-off) it would make sense like that

That's only an issue for the Dutch players, since your laws are a little different than the one in Belgium. Belgian players are able to trade recently acquired legendaries

This got fixed already, are you saying it's happening again? What mission did you notice it on? I just tested this on "Standing out from the crowd" and had no issues. Enforcers can't disarm a bomb that isn't there in the initial neutral phase

Most tradelocks happen when windows has a bigger update. Due to how those get installed it makes the system appear as a new system.

If they're typing in chat (which is the thing you all seem to be complaining about) just press home and click the name then replace /w with /ignore

The scanning happens due to the game having crashed, that's not really something you can avoid, but you could launch it directly from the APB . exe in the binaries folder as long as there was no patch

APB2 is just a name for the rebuild in UE4, there is no game with that name

You clicked the gear icon at the tab itself, which lets you decide which channels are visible. There is another gear icon on the right side of that, that's the one I meant

The process is called APB_Catcher.exe It might not show up in the task manager, then you might need to grab process explorer from the microsoft website.

Where are you trying to connect from? I think there are a couple countries that for unknown reasons can't connect to the servers

This is probably due to the APB_Catcher still being open in the background. Restarting the pc or killing all the APB processes should allow you to update.
