  4. Launched from steam itself as well? I'm almost grasping at straws here. Could you double check with this video if those are the exact steps you used (if you don't have 2FA, that can be skipped ofc)
  5. The game client you're using, is that installed from steam as well or from the website? Not sure if that matters, but better to check and be sure.
  6. I opened armas from the 'esc' menu and was able to get it to work. You can't buy G1C directly, but just fill up your cart with all the stuff you want to get and in the checkout it gives the option to use steam to get the remaining G1C (That's the only option shown)
  7. Did you open the steam browser and then open armas in there or did you open armas using one of the ingame buttons?

    The Paymentwall white page isn't actually empty, when you're on that page select all and copy that to a text editor. It should be displaying an error. I'm not sure what error you're getting, but if you can fix that you should be good to go.

  11. I don't remember a specific announcement about it, as it's local laws that were changed and they're just following those. We do see a warning when trying to buy JMB's
  12. Based on the outfit I see in the video I'd assume you're Dutch, while both BE and NL are no longer able to directly buy JMB's. But people from the NL are screwed over more by the laws about lootboxes because they're not allowed to be able to trade rewards from 'lootboxes' even if those weren't directly bought. You'd have to get the laws reverted for that to get fixed.

  14. There's probably some weird thing that the account of all those that should have gotten it, but didn't, have in common. Now it's just a matter of waiting until they find what that is.

  21. I'm not sure what might be causing this, but this isn't the first time I hear of someone from Iran having this issue (I heard it about a month ago). I'll try this on a full fresh windows 10 VM, would it be possible to give more info on what setup you're using (to try and recreate it as best as I can).
  22. A former clanmate of mine is from there and has to use a vpn to play. This has previously been addressed by staff, there is no blocking being done on the servers to block these players from connecting I didn't make up a country, just because you don't know it that it doesn't exist.
  23. That might also be an issue in your country's infrastructure/networking. A similar situation occurs for players from Kazakhstan.
