  1. ^ Would suggest that you can still send in tickets about it, but without a guarantee of getting your stuff back
  2. Why not just reply to the ticket that it's already resolved? They'll just close it off when they get to it then
  3. If the game crashes, it'll automatically create a repair_request which will force the launcher to scan when opened. If the game doesn't crash in the time since the last patch, it'll just redownload some of the changed files (not even all of them)

  5. OTW has been locked to internal testing only for quite some time. The fact that you're getting that error indeed means it's not available to you right now.

  8. Reinstall EAC from the setup in APB Reloaded/TPI/EasyAntiCheat and then restart the pc. Run the launcher again, (optionally hit repair) and see if it still happens.

  10. Another thing that is also quite new is the global network stresser, also known as everyone sitting home/working from home. All that increased traffic can lead to the ISP's hardware getting overloaded (or other hardware). A great example of this is how the Amsterdam Internet Exchange has broken their maximum simultanious data transfer record twice this month alone. (The first was on the 24th at 7.88 Terabits/second and then again on the 30th at 8,147 Terabits/second)
  11. What's the actual error that you're getting? I don't think that's been posted yet, but could help a lot with finding a possible solution.

    It could be that there's some element of the route (at one of the ISP's) is having issues with the increased traffic from all the people being home. Might be good to contact support to see if they can spot any issues with the info they'll ask further.
  13. Just as a guideline when looking at the images in the tracking engine thread... It's not final, so it's still being worked on and just an intermediate result to give you an idea of what's happening.

    Then there is probably an issue on your network or the ISP's side. There were posts about this before from others, they ended up using a VPN to fix it: https://forums.gamersfirst.com/topic/11553-error/
  15. Because we don't have any power, we just test some stuff and provide feedback. That's why it's not important for us to be anonymous, though I wouldn't mind if it was anonymous as well. That would mean less issues and harrassment in general
  16. Should just be in the list of items, when you go to add a new item. It may be a little tricky to find all of them. They're not specifically in a seperate list.

    That error just means that the connection between you and the server got lost (even if for just a split second), usually you can just reconnect again right after
  18. That sounds like some piece of hardware is on a time based reset or something, which then drops the connection.

  20. Literally already announced to be worked on ... hold your damn horses. There are probably people with way higher ping than you that aren't even getting a closer server in the timeframe you'll be getting that EU-East server.
  21. You can delete the entire stack (of upto 500) from your inventory to then just fill it up again from the mailbox. Better mail system would be nice, but this should at least elimitate the time spent using up all of them.
  22. That usually happens when either there's a typo or they're not in the district anymore.
  23. Check on the support page if it's still open/waiting a reply from you. If it's open but not waiting reply from you, just reply to it asking for an update. It ain't that difficult, but guess everything has to be spelled out so that you know what to do
  24. 4 days at the time that was posted so I would assume you'll have it all sorted in less than a week. But sure lets keep over exaggerating numbers ....
