I stopped playing apb reload a while ago, but my friends started playing again and I was really into playing, as I migrated my account a long time ago, I didn't remember the password, the problem is that when I put it to send e-mail mail for password change it never arrives, someone help me please
  2. So, after a short absence due to pc issues everything seems to be wrong and I cant log in to my main account. Username not working even with a new password so tried my email and no go with that either. I had this problem a while ago also and suddenly it gave me my main account back. I don't mind starting over for the wiped server but having to start over yet again really bites.
  3. When authenticating, no matter which account I try (3 currently), I get a "invalid Account or Password" error. As a test, I tried to create a new account, and received an error. Logging into Gamersfirst to check my accounts, had "Error occurred" message. Is there a wider issue, or is it just me?
  4. Before I start playing I figured I should ask, can one account have multiple characters saved to it, or is it one character per account?
  5. "You can re-enter your password to force a disconnect" I was online when the server went down and afaik I was using steam to play so I'm not sure what password I'd need to use for that. Merged. I can launch using steam and then hit quit when prompted for my password so it lets me use a gamersfirst account. That does "disconnect" my account or so it says, but when I try to login immediately after that it say's my account is still ingame again. (not sure if there's an edit option in these forums, sorry if there is.)
  6. Ok just spent half an hour trying to figure out how to log into Fallen Earth with login credentials that work on the GamersFirst site. Hopefully this will save others the bother. Figured out finally that the game apparently can't handle special characters in your password. Changed mine to one without any and logged right in.
  7. Hello, I've recently installed Fallen Earth. The issue I'm having is not finding my account name. All I have to go on so far is my email address and the password I set for the game, which gives me an error. Thank you in advance for any help.
  8. I lost my access to my steam account. Is there anyway to unlink steam account from apb reloaded. I tried creating ticket on support but I am not able to click submit ticket button after filling all the options as shown on screenshot.
  9. Hello Dear APB Community. I'm coming here led by frustatrion and desperation. Maybe someone of You had the same Issue and has been banned aswell for the reason of a payment reversal? In 2016 when the game was kinda alive I loved to play it. When I went to the Army I got more and more Inactive so I stopped playing back in the days at some point. A friend has told me somewhat in 2017 or 2018 that his Account has been suspended and that I should check mine aswell. I didn't really care in first point, because I wasn't playing the game anymore. Anyways I have checked if I could login, but I couldnt. I have just created a new Account and had some fun playing again. Kinda nostalgic I still didn't want to level all contracts again so I have contacted the support about the Issue. They have told me that there were payment reversals and that a payment has been retracted. I answerd the support and told them that I wasn't even playing the game but they just told me that the ban will remain and that they are sorry. I'm kinda sad about the actual happenings back then and just contacted the support again now, because my friend has been unbanned. How can it be, that he got unbanned ( for the same issue he had been banned ) ?? The support denies to tell me what the amount of payment reversal was, because then I would simply buy out the Account. I have spent ALOT time into the Account and have bought premium many times, also the Key to the city package with the lovely Paca Vaquero and other lovely stuff. Maybe anyone had the same problem about a Account suspension I'm kinda curious about this. Share your Feelings & knowledge with me. This is the first time I'm posting here in this forum, i just found out it exists. Please no hate, if I have done something wrong with this post just contact me about it.   10. Sure it's been mentioned at some point. But for those of us who have many characters (I myself have 5) having a shared bank would be really nice for the normal in-game $ (not JT) Currently the only way to get money from one character to another is via trading with a middle man. Which if you have someone you trust readily available that's great but a bit of an inconvenience. I think GTA 5 has this as a feature that the bank is shared between both characters but money can be withdrawn so it's directly in the characters inventory. Next, as most APB players know. leveling in APB...is SO FREAKING SLOW. It would be nice to see in the future double xp events to attract players back for the time frame and help with some of the grind.
  11. Hi GM's! I just wanna say: Bring back in APB the ability to walk on roofs and inside buildings outside of missions (when you "Not Ready"). In the good old days it was fun, but now that fun is not available. At the moment, the game work an automatical system of respawn and destruction object if the is out of bounds. Hope you will do something with that idea.

Hello my name is Aubin and there is what happen, First of all i know this isnt really the place to get this kind of help but support didn't really care about my case, So ive been playing the game since 2013, and recently when i login someone got in and stole all my legendries and my cash, This inventory represent over 200€ and for its really a lot and over 7 years of grind, The support told there is nothing they can do about it as "they have no record of any of this on my account", It doesnt make any sense because i had it and its a fact, I feel like being called a piece of trash, i stick with the game since 2013, brought people, brough money to update the game, And after all that i get scam by a hacker and support tell me its not their problem? This game is my childhood and has a lot of good memorie on it but i dont have the strenght to start all over again specially that i work full time now, I am looking for someone to help me, looking for a loyal apb player to help another loyal one, Thank you for reading and wish you a merry christmas and not a scam like i witness, Aubin.

  14. Now, I do know they turned off the migrate live to beta for the recent tests. But my characters were out of date even before they turned it off. It just worries me a bit because I haven't seen any statements on the issue. Can anyone put my mind at ease? When 2.1 finally gets shipped, will all of my progress be up to date? Because im missing stuff I purchased (cars/kits/weapons) and stuff I grinded to unlock (not a massive grind but an example would be the devil wings). I just want to know if LO is well aware if this. Because before they turned off the character migrate (which I believe was the very first action district beta test) my only character that was infact up to date was one I purchased in between 2 different testing periods. Again, if they are aware it's an issue than obviously no worries. But if they aren't aware, my self and im sure there will be others will be submitting a lot of support tickets. Once again, if anyone can just put my mind at ease, it would be so greatly appreciated .

Ok so, this takes us back to maybe 2 years ago (?) when there was an account cleanse and we had to change the passwords in order to keep the accounts alive, and those who didn't, their accounts were deleted. At the time of this change, i wasn't playing APB, and when i came back to the game i couldnt log in with the same credentials as the account didnt exist anymore. i had invested a lot of effort and time, not to mention money and numerous permanent weapons. im wondering if there is any way i can get my account back that has 4 maxed out characters and 3 others. I can provide the details of the account and the character names, but i really need someone to help and guide me if it is possible to do this thing and get the account back. because right now, im laying with a newly made account and it just doesnt feel the same.... any help is welcome.
  16. Any chance we see a JT store upgrade where all current weapons will be offered account bound? JT shop price increase is acceptable ofcourse. It's a bit bs in its current state imho. In my case: My main with 5 characters x 6.500 JT = approximately 70 USD Average account bound weapon on Armas: 2000 G1C = approximately 24 USD I think the difference is way to big and offering account bound weapons in the JT store could be a nice solution to this problem. Is this something you can do @MattScott @Sakebee in the near future?
  17. Hello, I want to give attention to a an issue where a number of APB accounts have been breached in the past day or so. As some of you may know some accounts in EU have been reported to have been hacked in the today and yesterday. Mostly targeting well known "theme maker" accounts so far. One of my alternate APB accounts have also been hacked as my friend in Dischord pointed out that one of my chars in that account were seen "speed hacking" in mission districts while I was not home and at work. I'm not going to name any names or victims but I will give a hint of the suspected culprits as some of you in the APB community already know them, Snipped Name and Shame ~@mayii Just take some precaution and change your passwords and set up a 2 step verification process with your APB Gamer first accounts! As for how our accounts got hacked we don't know, I never did anything stupid to have my information stolen like that. I think this is a real issue that Little Orbit should take a look at. I will now take this up with Support.

Weapons from JT Store, such as (STAR LCR, N-ISSR-B 'WISP', TAS '20, C9S EX-III), etc... Vehicles: Pioneer, Jericho, Charge Cisco 1804, Charge Mikro Mark IV, Han Coywolf 'Remus' RR4, Dolton Fresno D 300, etc... Clothes: Cyberpunk Clothing Pack, Street RX Outfit, Enforcer+Criminal Halloween Complete Bundle (Account-Lifetime), Enforcer+Criminal High Roller Bundle (Account-Lifetime). Dress To Kill Enforcer+Criminal Bundle (Account-Lifetime). G-Force Race 'N Rapid Pack (Account-Lifetime). Guerra Libero-Vigilum LE Bundle (Account-Lifetime), All Stars 'N Hard Hitters Bundle (Account-Lifetime). That's a huge amount of items! Thanks for reading. - Pawwww

  20. It's been nearly a year since my main account: HenkTheTank/Rambi got trade-locked. After a couple of months of waiting on the response on my support ticket Gamersfirst/LO claims there is an open payment on my account. I offer to pay whatever amount is open, but they say they can't do that and refer me to Steam cause according to them it's in Steam's system. I contact Steam and Steam officially explains they don't even have access to these databases of Gamersfirst/LO and after some research from them they explain no open payment of any sorts or and kind of account limitation is applicable on my account. I refer this back to Gamersfirst/LO and they point back to Steam, this goes on for a few months. In the end I'm even in contact with the had of support from LO but nevertheless nothing happened. NOW NEARLY 1 YEAR LATER: my account is still trade-locked for no explainable reason, I am unable to play the game properly with limitations setup for no reason. Anything I can do besides suing? It's been a year and I'm beyond waiting...
  21. So this is basically for the Dutch/Belgian people that have been having issues since 2018 with their Legendaries. Basically accounts that have been registered in the Netherlands, Belgium and I believe Luxembourg? Weren't able to open Mystery boxes since 2018. When using a VPN you were still able to open them but not able to trade them (not even send them to your own characters.) Of course this issue was "solved" by removing the gambling aspect of those boxes to the Jokerstore, now the issue still remains with the Golden loyalty reward boxes. Will we be ever be able to trade our Legendaries obtained through the Golden boxes (even the ones we currently already own)? This issue has probably been spoken about on the forums before, but now with the new system (that is the the Jokerstore) can we re-shine the light on this "issue"?
