because that would involve changing the code base which would tamper with the engine upgrade i suspect they will tweak a lot of things after the upgrade is completed if i remember correctly spct has a new build either coming or recently handed to them to test so its ongoing

that system was abused a lot , and only if a new refer system was made that can not be exploited , would i want a refer a friend back. I do have friends that play games and some that do not , but the ones who are gamers , they already play so meh I cant use this On a different note it would be nice if returning players got a reward somehow. the problem is on the current APB that really isn't doable with what we have what else is there that could actually encourage besides premium? a 50 stack for a yellow mod maybe? i wish a 50 stack was available on armas too so i could stock up

that is not what you posted at all but what someone else posted. do you expect people to read minds? can you read minds? what number am i thinking of? exclusive or not is a separate topic. This topic is about elf ears being separated from that hat which someone "pointed" out it is. as for your topic of being "exclusive" enough people have pointed out on the forums there would be no one who could customize what they do today if certain things stayed exclusive. some of what is released now used to be exclusive , and we would not have the freedom to create if everything that was exclusive before was still that way. people are tired of the same events and want new content and new rewards. they have waited nearly a decade. since new events and new rewards keep getting made it makes no sense to have it exclusive when the community also mentioned they are pressed for time. easy events would not feel rewarding but not everyone has the time which leads us to the best solution of making it available , after the event for purchase , as to not burn the community from what appears to be a minority who do not want to share their toys

MattScott posted on a different thread about this. there can not have a district if there's no server to host it. it discusses how not all the servers are ready and available yet. I would read that thread more for updates

event items can be placed anywhere Little Orbit deems fit. all that would have to be done is coding to allow it as such wherever and whenever they choose it to be

What you clearly fail to realize is , if there is no new information because of how they are decoding , then it is not lack of communication , but nothing new to say. Furthermore that would only put you in the way of getting work done so it would be a better idea to not go overboard

the only real thing to hope for with the engine upgrade is better performance and optimizations. but what comes after that? A lot of things. Graphics , new items , missions and other such events , hitboxes reworked , anything we have had to put up with and not fix can then be worked on to fix. smaller things to make APB feel more alive would also benefit APB , because even the little things add up to a big change. the Engine upgrade in itself will not magically fix all of APB , but the upgrade is absolutely a necessity to fix all the problems with APB as well as add new things to make APB better

we all forget its been one busy year with lots of new bugs discovered while converting which is why SPCT is still testing. feel sorry for those poor SPCT people. one tedious thing after another and they're only normal players helping out okay CookiePuss is not exactly normal But you know , just players with APB knowledge helping solve this mess

nope APB is APB some customize cars some customize symbols some like trying to drive on top of buildings in interesting ways some are waiting for horses.... i believe that was reference to the pc version

under g1 i know it was done for people but under Little Orbit i do not know , nor do i recall any details about that. I think all it would take is a gun proven to be bought on the account , the math on the difference in price , and programming an upgrade button to make the gun account bound.

its apb - when does anything ever go perfectly as planned? its going slower than anticipated and certain 3rd parties are goofs sigh lets face it though , the sooner this is done right the better. and the Australians are still laughing at all of you when they have it worse and still kill you

from this angle i can not tell for certain if the rocket simply missed or if it went below the car I have done both from aiming at the vehicle As CookiePuss suggested try to aim for the ground and the blast radius will have a much better chance of killing them Also when they drove up on you I would of tried to fire a second rocket near the front of my car or use a grenade to try getting their car and lives even though it would kill me as well.
