I like it... I have a good feeling about this.. I have some question Rosi: -In your opinion, the actual delay of starting regeneration of CA3 is 1.6 seconds, for mechanics and weapon balancing as I wrote above, may it worth to switch in 2.6 seconds? In your opinion may we resolve just adding one second some weapon balance issue? - About Fragile what are your thought Rosi, do you have some plan? Sincerly I am not so dissapointed for how it is , but I would like to see it with JUST little buff to normal run speed (also at the cost of a little less health), I dont know I have always feel it missing something little with this mod.

Clotting agent 3 is too good and reduce the effectivness of several weapons... it need da slighty nerf adding 1 second... the regeneration may increase delay from 1.6 to 2.6 for a first test? it's YEARS since someone is making this suggestion in forum and we may have a lot of weapons balanced with this change, Fr0G, Scout (for me it wasnt necessary the last change and actual one I retain it is a slighty nerf... REVERT IT?), NSSW etc.. Anyway, after the healing spray adjustment, kevlar (2) become a good combo with it, work well in 2 vs 2 or 3 vs 3, not a lot in 6vs 6, it's just a situational mod and work quite well in CQC, maybe in case clotting agent 3 is still predominant after a nerf, I would like to test or see something like that below maybe? - Kevlar 2 EFFECTS DescriptionMultiplierAddType +20% player health1.2000.00028 -20% sprint -10% run speed REMOVE or pass it to 5% speed ???? - Kevlar 3 +30% player health1.3000.00028 -20% sprint -20% run speed CHANGE to -10%/ 5% ??? I guess as everyone is free to give its opinion... but seem some weapons u didnt use a lot pre-nerf and after the new patch Anyway Below a rapresentation of me waiting for @Kempington(or anyone of his same opinion) show me the video or evidence I asked some weeks ago about the "presumed" Pig OPness and some other weapon's got nerfed" before the patch. Somethig is telling me it will be a long wait v.v -

Perc are annoy, they arent OP. Anyway the idea of adding 1 sec fuse (or little more or little little less?) ... not bad I like it, worth a try, FEEDBACK this.., easy peasy test it squeze...- make in live- revert changes and problem solved?...

I remember writing "at least 20+ between kills/ arrests". Yep, seem so. That "challenge after nerf" as you called, it's not my fault or (supposing ) kempinton too if actually it's not possible to be tested right now, but I may guess if he come to this conclusion it may be for some personal experience. I tried me too that combination in past, but except it was "fun" ( or "oppressive?" for some opponent tryhard), I cant tell it wasnt excatly solid/ all around. Anyway, you arent wrong at all, I have just wrote two numbers there , I am ok too if if I see a video where it's showed some mission where you play in attack/ defence, open/ closed field and I see total complete domination both in close range or long range against (hoping decent? ) opponents.

I dont want to talk a lot about it, I guess now we are the point fellas are just repaiting themself.... and sincerly I dont want you, @Kempington, have to answer me to all the cost. But the question I am making now, since when words such as annoyance, frustation, "can be oppressive" may be synonymous of unbalanced or Overpowered? I dont know what to tell, for years and until some weeks ago nobody, for nobody I mean someone with a decent knowledge of APB and tried both factions for several weeks noobs/ new players are out of the circle, nobody claimed the pig was so unbalanced or Overpowered, I find your example about the "notorious combo" kinda dump... -ISSR-B has a long range but it doesnt excatly shine until 70m comparing with weapons more versatile or CQC specialized such as N-tec, OCA, Pmg, Obeya etc -Pig is limited for the short range and 1 bullet per mag - PIG's quickswitching with bullet fired (T=almost 2 s ??)+ perc ( T= 1s??) / or ISSR-B's quickswitching with bullet fired(T= plenty 2 seconds if we count the markmanship mode???)... no need to tell something is still SLOW compared with the TTK of a secondary/ primary. ah yep, we have not to forget the arrest time, you may get killed meanwhile during the arrest or moving towards from its opponent teamate?, stun ALONE doesnt count as arrest or kill except you ambush or your opponent has really dump accuracy/ has crap connection (or unlucky), big timed is your loss. Please @Kempingtonor anybody, probabily I am wrong with something above, but please SHOW ME A VIDEO or anything were with PIG+ ISSR-B/ dog ear etc for half hour or making 3/4 different missions you make at least 20+ between kills/ arrests, always or almost consecutively before the nerf. Put an end to this discussion if you can... Can you do it? For now sorry but no sorry but in my weak opinion you wrote rubbish (as some others above) and seem you cant, otherwise for logic u have already posted it. Bye

Nope, neither in EU is a lot of used and people have it too, as AR still prefer to use NTEC (or ATAC). Agreed, this nerf has no sense and the weapon is already scaling (randomly eh) bad with red mods such as IR3, CJ etc, using themthe weird bloom is just get increase, consequently the precision of the wepon too. it's so meme gun, the only thing hurt is your pride for getting killed by this gun... personal opinion eh Anyway it may be welcome better if with the quickswitch nerf, they make something about its accuracy? ...Losted a opportunity the nerf has almost no sense for me, the matter was the CQC/ quickswitching aspect but if one manage to make 4/6 perfect shots for FBW or .45+ one OBIR burst before one with CQC/ AR kill you, the blaming is on all the second one, TTK talking a CQC or Ntec, atac etc user may kill u not one but 2 times your opponent... Then for fact apb is mainly a game 0-65 m, OBIR gave me the idea of a assist weapon that work well in big groups or fight clubs (in baylin is certainly top tier for how many assist/ stolen kills ), mediocre and NOT POPULAR in random districts/ mathups for the fact obir+secondary doesnt cover well the gap in medium range, HVR and Scout are a lot more nuke Agreed another Rotten weapon. Agreed, it's not excatly well suited/ CQC all around such OCA/PMG/ JG etc in fight clubs doesnt shine but in casual district the Manic is a little bit too good, it deserve a little nerf, but not all the three ones choiced, one of them was enough.. Overnerfed? Agreed, as a lot weapons above nobody asked for a nerf or change. ACT44 Last stand will be another rotten weapon to leave in locker. @SelaliI think everybody understand and appreciate the effort the staff is giving to making better this game. But before to touch other weapons, in my weak opinion I would suggest before to start to pass to other task to give a look for example at the last shotgun balance, because after months I guess what we have in this department is just a half work. Jg has been balanced well and do it's just pretty well but seem OP comparing to other shotguns for how they are bad, talking for using your words in last patch "it is crowding out other viable gun choice", Thunder and Showstopper are bad for being RNG incostistent and almost no one is using it. -DOW THUMPER at best kill one with a full mag if it's turned back and close so much to you it has to be glued to you. For example it's not a big surpraise nobody want to buy it, it's selled for 300/500k and nobody buy it, more and less same for Thunder, the main difference is just is newer and there arent less more available in Social. Shredder is still struggling for a role. CSG is a half job well done.... the accuracy reward if your aim is decent (EXCELLENT this part ), but with a TTK of 0.75 in close range, where do want to go? Please give a thought to it if possible in future, Bye

Gave a read to comments, sorry for the long post but I copied it from the link and really the weapons are a lot and I ask sorry in advance, I may seem harsh with my comments, but it's not my intention and of course I didnt tried this patch, so certainly I may be unaccurate a lot, but really I have had a lot of concern at first sight as a lot above of me. WEAPON UPDATES changes -N-TEC 7 'Ursus' This nerf has nothing SENSE, WHY? We trade a solid gun without being OP, a ideal weapon shall be a model for oher ones with one with Less accuracy, higher TTK, more horizontal recoil for the bloom meanwhile having the same range and same name? WHY? We have already a sorta of Ntec remodelled for longer ranges and it's the NEW GLORY, an almost total garbage, t is crowding out other viable gun choices because weapon released are garbage or your balancing work is kinda of a work half done, dont blame people and especially costumer/ not F2P if after we get baited to buy 200 euro+ of joker boxes per 1 legendary (at least my case..) in past, at least we prefer use weapons better balanced. I am not so against a nerf, making it similar to the SCOPED NTEC is fine but the overnerf doesnt explain at all, business choice I guess? Why doesnt you start to adjust the NTEC new Glory at first? OCA-EW 626 Welcome the buff, but just reverting....were there a lot of people before claim it was a little op before, also than more than PMG?? Anyway I cant no wait to try it with these changes. It's long time we have the Obir and I guess everybody think of it as such a assist team weapon in big groups (or one of the lamer steal kills weapons in Baylin), stat talking seem good, but the end the work it do is assisting team, counting the 3 shots burst if all perfectly hit (it not so 100% but neither excatly 80% in long ranges) statically give a over damage until 81m, but it doesnt have the "nuke or raw power" of bishot weapons such as HVR or Scout, or worst of some explosive weapons can kill in long ranges such as Osnaw, Volcano (without count it's AOE...). stat talking It has better TTK than HVR and scout, but rarely players use it, veterans too, especially counting APB it's mainly a game from 0 to max 70/75m, the other 2 weapons gave me more solid perfomance for being more nuke and a opponent team of IR3 Assualt rifles is enough to give hard competition Then about the quickswitching....... really if in CLOSE RANGE one/you player lose to for a quickswitching FBW -obir's user where he for perfoming it has a totally rougly TTK of 2 seconds at best ? ( 0.5 from quickswitching time with 3PS3 + 0.5 burst+ fire interval from 1 obir shot + 0.600 3 shots by FBW), while you have a OCA, Ntec, a FBW/.45 secondary (weapons with 0.7/0.8 ttk without count mods ) you DESERVE to LOSE and he to win, because he was more precise than you. In syntesis, just resolve it with more nerf to jump shotting accuracy if some people in staff are mad to get owned from it, all happy ok? Silver SPCT agreed too? @Frosi The Comparing is kinda of meh... silver SPCT spotted? Stabba - PIG It was a annoy exploit (for someone eh..), but call it oppressive... Pointless, but ok, too bad I dont see with this nerf a buff for other LTL weapons: TG8, stabba etc.. I dont know, I guess it will need to have better tracking than before I guess, worth a try I guess.. N-ISSR-B The hard damage buff seem so small such as the chihuahua of my gf... for making a funny comparison. Need a try it too as everything above, I guess it will never be close to the same ISSR-B of before... Excellent, Well done, at first sight the only thing make worth a try of this patch... No dear, I dont assume nothing, I was just trying to understand from where come these assumation of yours, but I guess you are kinda dump to start this assumation's game and then retreat your defamations after asking some clarify, Yes, defamations without base and just no reason flame around, why? About macros and finishing your assumation game, I dont use them and I am used to be a oscar main for ages, not one of the best certainly but I guess to have learned and may tell something after some times with it. Sincerly, Macro players aren't giving me so much trouble and I think they are the last problem in Apb, then most of them dont know how to control "bloom/ recoil pattern" and they just firing full auto increasing their time to kill and for me are general easy kills, especially with secondaries. My Little suggesion eh, If you get owned so a lot of times from macro users, you are bad using semi-auto weapons and arent for you I guess, probabily an atac and nano fit more your playstyle Bye Clone this SPCT guy and adds to the team -

I spent several hours playing lately these months (covid docet...), honestly It's difficult to believe this "shady opinion" is valid for describe the situation. For ex. I have seen several times someone spamming of selling hacks in district "after give a dimostration" to some unfotunate ones in district, without count some APB's discord/ ts are full of people selling their hacks etc (as ever and if they arent talking about that, prepare your ears to some weird chat/ insulting time, no seriously someone need a hospitalization for life for how they are dump... -.-). About report after some doubts, I come to the conclusion seem working, but it has the "same speed" of the support... so ok, better of nothing I guess and better service than other games I played. I agree someone of SPCT team sometimes is kinda stubborn (big part but in a "friendly way" ), but for what I read I guarantee they are anything than "bodyguard closeters"for LO, RIOT and some weapon balances in past (sadly not the last one for ISSR-A/B etc...) are an example. SPCT are ex cheaters? Evidence, proof.. nothing on the table and then past is past, game or work, drink outside etc.. important is one learn its lesson, dont make mad "your closer ones " or you will get what you planted yourself. Told from one has never cheated in a game or in life, I am not a saint but my legs arent shorts. about macro I still remain of this opinion Bye -
Oscar fire a shot composed of 2 bullets , when meanwhile u fire u have to have a good tracking for letting the burst of 2 bullets hit every time your opponents, otherwise u will need more than 4 shot times for killing your opponent. For tracking well a opponent u have to decent aim/ predict (improving by playing).... and a good latency. before when I have a better connection I didnt have a lot of matter killing with 4 shots (after 500 hrs of solo oscar v.v ), I dont know if APB dont register one or two of it for the higher difference between my client/ server side, we know some weapons suffer more than others a little higher latency than others. Weird, I Tried Oscar with CJ in closer ranges I see a improvment, maybe if Lo JUST improve a little the fire rate between each burst of the burst, it may a be democratic solution

LO tried to make it something about IR3 but a lot doesnt like the change and make a lot of weapons perform worse in their range in favour of snipers or some CQC weapons got better perfomance. Some weapons suchs as Ursus become a laser gun cause it didnt bloom at all XD

ahahahah... If you are enough old here and remind about ffbans, you may have seen something about the past of someone and what happened to using "it" . But past is past eh, people change and improve themself (not all but ok)... for then they will get replaced from other messed up (100% true). Peace Havana, report them, the SPCT there was quite harsh, but " I can confirm" the report seem working, after at least 3 months if someone is cheating constantly he will get what he deserve for then remaking another new account in around 10 min.... sadly Bye -
