I understand it, what I didnt understand if I was clear telling my thoughts or you were just joking I am still of the idea LO made a good decision leave SPCT let put their hands up more in this last patch, big part it was a nice job, everybody gain from it, players have purchased some cars such as CoyWolf finally with the extra cargo, make it worth using it in missions, LO get more worth/ business to some of its products in armas, but I cant tell the same about ISSR-A and ISSR-B, here we downgrade a weapon that it wasnt unbalanced (in my opinion and yours too, just too versatile in your own opinion )and about ISSR-A we lose again the opportunity for making it worth to be used/ bought from armas. For me having purchased them from Armas, it's another loss this last nerf without a decent reason for ISSR-B/ dog ear, about ISSR-A here we lost a opportunity, I am sure with a little more effort every weapon in game may be more and less in pair with others ones and find its place in the game, maybe starting with ISSR-A. if opinions are kinda similar at the end but for a nothing the output is different, in my weak opinion eh, why dont arrange a little poll with the community?, you represent and in certain sense we see you as the voice of the community, but this case make it simple or easy and pratical without any dishonours, and let the numbers decide it.
  2. more range and/or a faster ttk we just went over this ..... If we count the delay for bloom recovery after the second shot , at best the ISSR-B's TTK is around 1.100, realistic/ pratical talking is better telling is around 1.400/ 1.500. Obir and Obeya perform better in TTK and "effective range" counting then for a game such as APB where the medium/max range is around 70m, ISSRB has a very low advantage than them and it's around after the 80m and finish it at 85... without count sniper weapons such as HVR and Scout are clearly 2 steps above ISSRB and give no space ISSRB, they have better output damage, range and modification mods. Of course As others, I am against the idea of buffing its AP ability or reducing bloom, if the ISSR-B was a laser gun with real TTK of 0.900, it was clearly OP. But "we just went over this", dont waste your time Motorola with Cooki. I respect your opinion and in certain ways of Cookie too, but not the stubbornness. Both of you admit is not meta gun, so why nerfing it too much if it wasnt OP or nobody complained about it? (still waiting why no one answer us to this question ) It's versatily made it valid this weapon, its interesting balance, without being great in nothing, between being a decent antivehicle and a decent antipeople weapon made it a worth weapon to be used in some missions. I am for balance for the weapons we have in game, I really dont understand the reason of continue having this distinction between "meta guns" , a numbers of weapons we may count with 2 hands, and others, it has no sense.

I told they got several nerfs during the ages because they were a little above top tier or what they were designed, especially obeya, but despite the nerfs they are still good, so the balancing made, it was quite well done. I cant tell the same for dog ear, is it clear now? You clearly dont ever used a ISSR-b (I cant believe you dont have it ) or better you are just denying the facts, because you find difficult to admit that you are wrong (and why Cookie?, for a such low matter ), apb's stats doesnt excatly reflect the effectiveness of a weapon. Demonstrably false (and easily), because otherwise we will use all SHAW, and that's not the case, unless you are using cheats with auto- control recoil/ bloom

For making an analogy, we may tell today I am using a solo snubnose (its spit's stats or description below..) for making some kills with it and outplay better secondaries or primary, and see how many insults I will receive for trolling with one of unbalancest weapon of the game. Maybe at end after of every 10 deaths you have made 1 kill and some assits, but you dont care it, it's fun to use it and rekt other players having better weapons than yourself. With a slower fire rate, for compensate its buff, it will be a worth sniper choice more in pair as Hvr and scout Hvr and scout will be more effiecnt vs characters, but DMR will work as a real sniper after a certain range and may support team as anti-vehicles

  8. Nope, that's not how is the actual or pre-nerf ISSR-b/ dog ear, it has less bullets per mag, more recoil and kill in 3 shots instead of actual 4 bullets. Probabily you dont have or ever used a dog ear lately, before it was a more and less a copy of DMR with CJ3 but more portable and less range. Someone told a DMR may be kinda of op, such as @Noob_Guardian if it will be without its malus speed, but as you can see this video prove something different Below some video about Dog ear against characters (and hitreg/ range matters... XD)

Osnaw and Volcano are pretty good weapons against Vehicles and characters targets, so everything, without count they make AOE damage, at the end the have the same ability of ISSR-B/ Dog ear but perform a lot better than it. Substantially "Nobody", after the adding of delay fire rate, made a worth complain for these two weapons (except 1 it was very very very less fun to use them ), except (2) when some low rank players face higher rank players, and last ones have the advantage of using them and first one they have unlocked it yet. So for this reason of nerfing ISSR-B for just its versatility is weird, it wasnt OP before and nobody asked/ complained for ISSR-b versatility or unique. I may be ok for a nerf its anti AV, but at least buff it enough to make a worth sniper to use comparing a HVR, Scout etc, TIRED of this concept of balancing weapon is just a nerf and let it get dust in a locker, make it worth its value and our money for having purchased it in Armas. DMR actually as just an AV weapons , it doesnt worth the choice and against players is meh. DMR need to be buffed a little its damage multiplier to 2 shots players in distance, 88m for a game such as APB is too much for using effectively this "ability". Reduce it at around after the max range of some Assual rifles/ Rifles, so it cant outplay them and be balanced with the other weapons of the game and same time, make it a interesting weapon to be used / purchsed, Eh LO why not? 75 m, it may be a good distance, for counterbalacing a little the DMR with other sniper weapons, just reduce a little its fire rate and we may have a interesting weapon, balanced and worth to be used. There is nothing bad of having multi-tasking weapons or being racists with hybrids , just need to have a little more check with them. Bye
  10. Comparing too with other thoughts, I still remain of the opinion above. The nerf's reason because it was versatile it's not a enough a valid motivation. At this point we may tell the same about a osnaw or volcano, both have a excellent hard and infantry damage, without count it's AOE and can kill several targets togheter. Ok they have a higher delay counting recharge time and rocket travel, but they have a FAR better versatility and FAR better performance vs (SUPPOSED...) specialized anti-vehicle weapons such as alig, DMR, killer bee. I have some doubts, mmmh a bet? are you ready? Without count all of you SPCT avoid and just skip instead to get a look with @Rhexx analysis and other people (include me ), but it's summer so kinda normal bye
  11. in my weak opinion, if u want to make the dog eara "anti-infantry" weapon, just removing it's hard damage, it doesnt make justice to the weapon andd who purchased it. Issr-b is in some case kinda inconsistent, at best decent, but lose to any good sniper weapon, buff a little more it, give less bloom or make STK from 4 to 3 ( sincerly I dont like a lot this last option, and not too sure for the first one and we may just obtain a laser gun...), the 0.90 ttk doesnt mean nothing: the bloom, 4 shots per kill, slow fire rate, low modification slot, damage drop off after 84/85m ask for a additional shot, all togheter these are its malus and make it 2 step below other long range weapons such as HVR, Scout, Obir etc., they kill faster and are give better result because u have to track for 2/3 shots, u have also time for a additional shot in case u made a wrong shot, you dont have or very rarely this luxury with dog ear and opponent generally will kill you before you have this opportunity. Or just make it simple, buff its hard damage a little comparing with the actual health of cars. it wasnt OP before and nobody asked/ complained for ISSR-b versatility or unique. Your comparing has almost no sense, not because it's wrong, but because you remove completely what make different the ISSR-B than the rest. The ntec got nerfed but still mantain its validity and worth for what it was designed, a middle range weapon. The dog ear or wisp etc name reskin, struggle in past to find a validity, G1 decide at the end to bet adding more versatility against vehicles ( and against "infantry" later), removing it u make it lose total worth of how this weapon was at the end designed lol true I dont know if smile for the answer or think (just sometimes and only some of ) SPCT team (and I wasnt referring to Cookie but others ) think they are so better players and have the knowledge of some apb mechanics so the opinion of others count nothing. The last patch was nice (and it's nice) because for what I understood LO let SPCT team put the hands up more than usual, but it's not bad comparing own thoughts with others and make some little rectification somewhere, what @Rhexx wrote it has sense and worth to be listen.   12. Anyone with a decent aim kill you before u land 2 shots midair and/ or quickswitch to secondary you exaggerated kinda a little more of a bit regards of the actual situation of ISSR-B. Nobody have had purchased it in past (incluse me), actually I dont see any particolar reason of using it instead of a Scout (or HVR / Obir etc). it's a awesome and good patch, one of the best one. Just need a little rectification somewhere...

What make interesting the ISSR-B was in fact its versatility against players and vehicles, losing it it's just make it a decent ( mobile ) sniper weapon, but I retain it inferior or less consistent compared to a Scout, HVR (or Obir with IR3) for make a example. Kinda agree for nerfing its hard damage in funcion of the actual HP of vehicles, but me too I feel the hard damage a little too much. It wasnt a OP weapon before, at best a hidden sleeper or meta gun, now it's just decent or better it doesnt worth the choice compared to other more consistent long range weapons.

Ntec is fine, making jumpshotting no more a valid option for close ranges, make it less fun more balanced, forcing player to (delay+) quickswichting cqc secondaries, or just taking though the choice of switching more to other weapons second of mission/ location. Because "other weapons" (kinda 80/ 90% of alls...) need a freaking rework or little fix/buff for being in pair with the other meta weapons. On decent hands, Ntec is the king of medium range or sort of jack of all trades weapon, "it can replace all the weapons easily" but at the same time it doesnt excel in nothing. Issra is a interesting weapon, but with a too slow fire rate for AR and weak stats, range, and also lose quite substantially its antivehicle ability. just change to another weapon and stop being a Removed Insulting ~@mayii going around with kevlar 3, what do you except happen every time you are in open field?, or better I guess you have already see the results...

You missed or confusing the old Obeya or the old joker carbine. They were all another thing compared to the actual ones, G1 started the semi-autos statistcs nerfs from them for the fact macro are difficult to recognize from a veteran player or one using them. Certainly someones are still good, but automatic in pair range, they perform better. Semi-autos at the beginning have a lot better stats in accuracy and TTK and several of them perform a lot of better than automatic ones after u have got the right way to use them

Talking of this game based on "self assumation", thinking bad I may arrive to the conclusion "you are just one of the others" macro users want to leave the state of things just like that because to have your own little advantage using secondary weapons full auto. I bet no one of you care of getting a macro for using a joker carbine, what at end you all aim are the secondaries, the best ones are semiautos and pretty untouchable in TTK and accuracy during the ages. Main reason and nobody/ you will never admit it, but it doesnt need a genius for it, so I dont care your answer or if u really used it at the end, we both know the truth around it About the Joker carbine, with the actual stats it is very far from a assault rifle, and also it doesnt in decent tier , it's one of the most incostitent and rng weapon of the game comparing to others.   18. Nothing to add.. (still a little upset for some shotgun change, DOW is bullpit and CSG has the fire rate of a star while in cqc the media is around 0.67 in cqc -_____-'' )
  19. just turn semi- auto weapons in automatic weapons or give the option in game to autoset macros such as others games after people complain for gaming mouse or carpal tunnel disease. G1 and LO have already or let underpowered the TTK or range/ accuracy (or all both) of all semi-automatic weapons for the macro issue, without count "recently" in past LO got some kind of sponsor from a mouse company, it seem a lose battle, just need to make it clear and simple Lo promise for some better crosshair or rework, I would like to see ( soon possible) what they will change
  20. What I have in mind is to add something similar of the grenades, or better adding the same mechanic for damaging depending from radius players or vehicles. Their damage is due of how much you are far from center of where the grenade explode. I dont see it too applicate with detonator+ Explosive 3, also predicting it if the opponent is decent, very rarely I survive at the edge of the presumed blast radious if I dont have a excellent cover, and especially a lot of times you arent enough so fast to espace cause of the big blast radious. Nope

  22. I love this part, finally I could use Vaquero and Coywolf without my teamates insulting me because it cant load heavy cargo, lost several missions just for this detail XD. Just some doubts about this patch: Yep I have the same doubt, I dont see any sense about it. ok, maybe? PLEASE do something about this: Detonator need absoluty a little rework, then I have to add the damage radius is very high and oneshot you also being at the edge of the explosion radius. It's not very funny play against a pair of members clans of tryhard of my knowledge ( a hug to them ) spamming remote detonator one by one for all missions XD
  23. Dow was quite fine in my opinion before the "last balance patch" for shotguns, after that simply it doesnt worth because is too incosistent (unfortunately same speech for other shotguns..). As I and others told below, I dont see any reason to use it, not a big surpraise if now it is selled for barely 350/ 500k nowdays, complety trash.
