Not sure if they'd be able to go that far in the logs to determine what you had before you got banned (presuming you got banned ages ago). I imagine after a certain amount of time, it gets erased from logs. Usually is the standard with most games.

Dog Ear for sure. It's a really powerful gun and a teeny bit decent even at cqc, and I don't see it used as often as I feel like it should be.

It's meant to help people focus especially if they're very fidget-y, hence why it's called a fidget spinner to begin with.

Social 1 went down - and for a while hasn't been spinning up a second district either once the first one got full. Looks like the entire world server may be down too.

Considering it hasn't been that long since they got the game - and have a lot on their plate as is, probably a really long time.

Patience. They have a lot to do - that being one of them.

Districts aren't spun up like that. Additional districts are spun up when a previous district is full or almost full. So if a silver financial district is full, the game will notice this, THEN open up another silver financial district.

Personally, playing a lot of FC has helped me improve. So much different types of players you fight instantly that it's good practice.
