Hey stasyan2012, I've moved your post to the correct section in the APB forums. To answer your question, you may not be connecting to the right districts. Make sure that you switch to the advanced tab at the top of the district selection and pick a mission district that is populated (ideally around 40 vs 40). I hope this advice helps you get into the game properly! -Spuzva
