okay, fortnite has... sorry, no clue. but that's probably what's a good game to you. or what about fifa? jk, what qualifies as a good game to you? especially one where you trade with npcs and that brings out new content once in a while? borderlands 2 used various different currencies too, minimum 3 in basegame (dollars, golden keys, iridium) + a few in dlcs. but probably that sucks to you too? pubg has 2? different kinds of tickets, some currency to get treasures... and that's arbitary af with this kind of system, i'd get if you criticized that but... yeah, not even close. yes it doesn't mean that - but it means that you can cut them some slack. there's probably no (much?) better way to make people actually play it at first (and hopefully the gamemode is engaging enough to make people want to play it longer... because in the long run, who wants to grind a gamemode for currency... oh wait, fc :^) jk) and... it's the same irl even, in an arcade you get tokens/tickets - instead of just being able to buy their prizes, to actually make you play the games (well okay, to lose a portion of your money... this shouldn't be the case here... so bad comparison xd) idk fam. i feel like this is a fair enough move. let's see if they even implement it like that, that's just what was said to be the concept some time ago. (iirc)

uhhh no, why? actually oblivious here

ye, it's just the beta https://www.gamersfirst.com/apb/news/2019/5/31/fun-fair-fixed i mean... they are all used for very different purposes (and only jt and dollars are used ingame)... and if they just used, say, JTs, the people collecting them for ages could just straight up buy all the rewards... and had less of an incentive to play the new gamemode idk 3 currencies doesnt sound bad either... almost every other mmo has a way bigger amount of arbitary stuff... i mean just look at warframe, wow, destiny, gw2... the latter basically have own tokens for each map.
-
They were also gonna do RIOT tokens and seasonal rewards that you can buy with those. Bear in mind, this is the beta of the gamemode and not the full release so of course there aren't the rewards that you'd get for playing during a season yet. Currently the reward is getting to try and influence it early (read: being a more or less unrewarded tester)

Try deleting C:\Program Files(x86)\Easy Anti Cheat\easyanticheat.sys It should be replaced at the next launch, it's probably faulty. Found that on other forums, had the same issue before too, seems to be gone now. Otherwise, check C:\Windows\Minidump\ - it should contain a dump from the time it crashed, if you open that up (notepad should work) it should say what exactly caused the issue for more info, otherwise it's hard to troubleshoot

no, that is (pretty certainly) a bug. you could use a glitch in editor before to make certain parts of a car disappear, this was fixed though, as far as i know, and everyone that they caught had their car(s) removed or were taken other actions against. (and i reckon the lower picture shows one of those bugged cars) (not sure if this is the same glitch as making your character appear nude?) maybe there is a calabrio (xd) in the files too but if you see that stuff ingame it's pretty safe to say that it's a bug i'm pretty sure it's not unused and in the files since you can't find it on (either) apbdb (well, i couldn't) and yeah, this picture looks pretty much how i remember the glitched versions

i don't think adding new clothing is something small removing n/p5 is also a questionable topic, while people hate it in its current state it's still a somewhat fun mechanic? absolute shit during missions though. (except when it's in your favor lul) and it does kinda belong to the game at this point. not a too safe of a change is all i'm saying. ideally they'd just leave it up in fight club and the likes. (but there is always room for discussion is all i'm trying to point out) and i mean, they did change a lot around the game. it doesnt seem too reasonable to add new stuff to the old engine if this just means more stuff to port over. i doubt either of us has a real clue how deep the engine upgrade goes and what it all involves. adding a new jmb over some "normal" armas content seems a bit offputting to me too. but ye e.g. the addition of permanent weapons to JT store is a small but neat change. but - overall i agree with you. there are some small changes they probably could've and should've made - although it's still just not like LO didn't do nothing/only added the trading system. -

no, many people said that before - with the (probable) typo in there, your statement might even be more sensical at this point take off your tinfoil hat, they have (had?) players already test(ing) and play(ing) on it that confirmed various changes. but nah, they are probably paid to say this in jmbs :^) the blog post only had the jmb as one topic among various others. and no - g1 didn't do anything for 4 years. i wouldn't even mind a new early g1. they brought us lots of content too (among also fucking up various things though. but "where wood is chopped, splinters must fall"). late g1 was dreadful though. -
ah that also explains it. nvm xd

tl;dr the issues aren't hardware macros, software macros are. and not even the official mouse producer ones; it's AHK and the likes. and those should be acted upon. stop derailing the thread with stating "but you can hit better firerate with xyz" - tapfire macros are literally irrelevant. will eac pickup macros? hardware macros? probably never. they also are mostly a non-issue - fire rate macros should be the least of your concern. ofc, two identically skilled players in same situation... the macro user might have an edge, depending on the weapon since they could hit the more ideal firerate more consistently (ignoring that this is also (partially) depending on the range - a mouse couldn't adjust to the range dynamically, a player can (unless you have a key for each distance-range lmao)) but: "ceteris paribus" is total nonsense just to push an agenda here. at high skill levels... who relies on fire rate macros to get an edge probably is setting their priorities wrong and is not on a very high skill level otherwise and can be thus beaten... fire rate is easy to learn and master. only so much "training" required - whereas tactics, teamplay aren't too easy and require much more - and those are vastly more important. i guess even then... those with exactly same firing intervals can detected more easily, those with slight random deviation from the ideal fire rate wouldn't gain anything over a normal player. it wouldn't hurt to ban either, obviously, but it's probably way too hard to - safely - detect the former and even harder to detect the latter. without causing false-positives. (the former are probably also not too easy to detect with polling rate and ingame input update frequency) no recoil macros aren't a thing with random spray patterns... (they'd be an issue in csgo etc i guess - but even there - a game which is vastly more competitive and skill reliant no one is whining over those) so that's it for hardware macros. but the bigger issues are software macros. punkbuster didn't allow you to launch the game if you had ahk running, for a good reason: you can make "cheap" triggerbots because of red crosshair. this stuff is only detectable with software macros (or some really advanced hardware that isn't getting used yet lmao) this shit should be detected. and it's probably not too hard to detect - in opposition to hardware. under pb ahk was only detected until you changed the name and whatnot of it - i had a bundled version for minimizing to tray and other things and wasn't kicked for it. when i created a music control bind script myself with an official version i was kicked. ideally an anticheat should detect both.
-
oh no, they "leaked" that there's gonna be a new anticheat although that was already on the semi-official discord that changes everything, every cheater will be prepared. they wouldn't see the updates or files otherwise...

what do you think is more important.

you're caring enough to reply also, quite a drastic change in tone also idk "i do dumb, annoying stuff and when someone points it out, i'll continue, that'll show em - because noone cares" way to go
