    Yeah afaik, GMs will only be able to report suspicious players directly to LO staff. But it is LO staff who will be determining bans.

    Thats a bummer. Though as a friendly tip, you are more likely to get the help you want if you are polite and patient. Im sure you are aware that support has been hit with a massive influx of tickets (over 3000). So Im afraid all you can do, just like those other several thousand people, is wait.

    Support isnt bad though. iirc they even told players not to contact them about unbans Plus, they didnt break the rules in the first place, you did.

    The other day I was watching a stream and someone asked what the pop on Han was, so I checked. It was four people. Four people on the entire server! I really hope LO can do something to help you folks.

    Agreed. But cheating bans were overturned because LO deemed fairfight flawed. And again, I do not know if your friend will be unbanned or not. He will just have to be patient and see. Sorry we cant be more help, but thats where things stand at the moment.

    Im not sure if they are unbanning for ToS violations though. He will have to wait and see, just like thousands of other banned accounts.

    I dont think unbans have anything to do with tickets at this point. You probably just have to wait for the next wave.

    Only advanced launcher has been specifically mentioned as being allowed. Anything else you use at your own risk.
