Yeah afaik, GMs will only be able to report suspicious players directly to LO staff. But it is LO staff who will be determining bans.

Thats a bummer. Though as a friendly tip, you are more likely to get the help you want if you are polite and patient. Im sure you are aware that support has been hit with a massive influx of tickets (over 3000). So Im afraid all you can do, just like those other several thousand people, is wait.

Agreed. But cheating bans were overturned because LO deemed fairfight flawed. And again, I do not know if your friend will be unbanned or not. He will just have to be patient and see. Sorry we cant be more help, but thats where things stand at the moment.

Im not sure if they are unbanning for ToS violations though. He will have to wait and see, just like thousands of other banned accounts.

Only advanced launcher has been specifically mentioned as being allowed. Anything else you use at your own risk.
