Im not sure it does. Cheaters like to cheat. I dont really see a non cheater deciding to cheat just cuz he gets a Cr5 with HS3 IR3 for free. Like, who is waiting for a free gun to decide to go from being a decent person to a total piece of shit?

This is true, Ive owned and given away all of them at least once. I now spend a lot of time encouraging people not to waste their real or in game money on them. As far as being over APB, it didnt really happen til I started playing other games. Having nothing to compare it to, I had no idea just how poorly made apb is, and how absolutely terrible it runs. I have no idea how lifetime gamers ever stuck with the game tbh.
