Just loaded fine into both of the full silver districts. That doesn't update in realtime, so it could have been full but not shown yet

Something, most likely a windows feature update or hardware change or full reinstall, caused your system to be detected as a new system for that account. That's what lead to the tradelock. As for the Advanced Launcher, the only thing my link does is redirect you to the officially provided download hosted by LO themselves. All the Advanced Launcher does is change config (ini) files, this is something you could do manually as well. This will not be the reason for any tradelock as it doesn't change how your system is shown to the game.

Doubt that would be possible. It could also be some other software that's not as it should or contains elements of AHK, such as some EQ programs. Without knowing what all you have running it would be near impossible to find out what is actually causing it.

The reload is 1.25 seconds, so you would be able to shoot again after that time. The Fire Interval only matters if you would have more than 1 round in the magazine. APBDB's info comes from the straight form the game files as those are provided to those running the DB. The APBDB was updated to the values for v. 1.20.0.833440 as of today.

Did you change hardware or get a Windows feature update (the massive updates)? Hardware is obvious why it could be detected as a new system and due to the way those major patches to windows are done they can also show up as a new system. Just wait it out, if it keeps coming back hit up support

That usually means a process is using that file when the launcher is trying to replace it. Most often it's a ghost process of APB, check for those with Task Manager or Process Explorer, or just restart the system to clear those. If that doesn't fix it, start looking at your AV software

Because the mission started with more players, there (currently) is no auto termination of the mission should players abandon the match. VIP missions CAN'T be started with only 2 players on the attacking team.

If you have the contact markers on in the HUD, those should be gone as well depending on which issue you're running into exactly
