This is due to the weapons not counting towards the regular roles but instead to the valentine roles. This won't be an issue after the event I believe

That image doesn't seem to be working. The most common causes for tradelocks are hardware or major software changes, though those have recently been without a tradelock on my end. Any notable things that you frequently/daily do that could be seen as either a hardware change or a major software change? The last resort will be to hope that support is able to resolve it.

There's an admin tracker linked on the top right, that might be an easier way to find out

When you join social you either get a message that tells you how long it's for (in that case it's just a temp trade lock). Or you don't get a message/one without a timeframe for the lock. If that's the case then you'll have to contact support, they are the only ones that can tell you why you received a tradelock. The people on the forums can't help you with that. Since the issue doesn't seem to be widespread across the playerbase after this patch I'd assume this is something specific to you.

This weapon was previously awarded as a character bound permanent weapon, it was given as a code when you had to do 500 rifleman kills in X days. That's most likely why you can't get it on that character.

That video doesn't really show the weapon's actual use as this was during a time when the sniper silencer (which is on the dog-ear) was bugged.

All the mails seem to have issues loading, most likely just a connection issue somewhere along the line. This is also why they put longer downtimes in the patchnotes, in case stuff needs to be re-tweaked.

Should be fixed now, mind double checking?
