So... I take it that the thread is done then?... other than having your question about support being answered... As for a test if you're drunk... I believe we call them reCaptcha...?

I would certainly welcome the idea of a server for character information, as account information is, and the ability to play in other servers. This can allow for some people to move about if they change regions themselves. I'm wanting to live in Europe for a couple years, while my account is North America based. Not a bad suggestion. Only roadblocks are the way the game is instanced on the servers currently, and the character storage. I can have two characters with the same name, on different worlds... if someone already took my name in Europe, or Han, even though I made the name first on North America, I wouldn't want to lose it. And I'm sure that people on other servers that have only stayed there have never heard of my character names, and made them themselves... just the chance of luck... Either way... those need to be talked about if that does happen.

I have to say that... $100 or $200 isn't really anything... It's not even a punishment... It's like pocket change... Now... I've accidentally killed teammates, and my friends when we play... usually it's on purpose with my friends, but still... Teamkilling in itself isn't good, but if you're playing casual with friends, TK'ng isn't bad. Now... to address your situation, he can't just dethreat by Teamkilling, and not doing the mission, to dethreat, your score has to be above 0 by some X amount, and in the lower 50% of the total score with all players at the end of the round. Quitting or losing connection during a mission won't decrease your threat. The real only way to solve this, is to allow for a vote teamkick after 1 or two demerits. If he's teamkilling you, and does it once or twice, or more..., then the game should allow you to kick him... The problem with any solution, is that they can all be abused or exploited... Like now, a request to become team leader won't work with just two players, and the one being trash is the leader. I think removing the idea of a team leader from the mission would be best, allow a team to vote for backup. In situations where the players are in 2 v 2, or 4... or any even number, ties win. So, if you vote for backup, and your teammate doesn't you still get backup. Process is different with kicking, it should require a majority all the time, and only for players with multiple demerits, not just one. This is a hard issue to tackle because you can't really fix this without creating more problems... or ways to exploit it... Best bet is to report the player to support. Record and screenshot, then share with support. If you post here on the forums, support can't really help you. (no naming and shaming)

Really all you can do is the Advanced Launcher for any changes you wish to make to the game.

Add butt sliders, thigh sliders, and I'm set. More options pls.

I have I think a secondary account, that I've never played on except once... It's really just a way to bypass the "pay for more character slots" Although, now your characters don't have the same weapons etc... I'd have to say, "I wish", but vote no. In addition to that, people created new accounts to exploit the 'Refer a friend' program that G1 ran... Sure there are more ways to exploit it, but creating your own account and just using the referral code was too easy. I don't care about my other account... It's dead to me anyways.

I remember I stopped going to the suggestions page under G1's rule, even to really read it. Most of the non-pinned suggestions, and always first page ones were either already read, and just the same (i agree) posts, or they were straight up garbage because the poster doesn't understand the underlying mechanics of the game. I'll admit that I don't know everything, but I have enough knowledge to form an opinion. And like everyone else, my opinion is just that, an opinion, not a fountain spewing forth facts. People who would do that in suggestions annoyed me...

I think it's a rule... lemme check... Not officially a rule... but: No Spam Nonsensical, one word or non-contributory posts, and double posting. Do not bump a topic unless needed. Off-Topic discussions should be in the appropriate board and may be moved as needed by a moderator. I take that, as a post should be in the proper board. So... kinda a rule... and if we're using Common sense as Lixil has asked, I'd say it should go to the proper board to begin with.

I've been playing it for years on an AMD APU, and I've never had any huge issues with stuttering. I still have them, but few and far between, in fact, it's worse on my Intel laptop. Also, which Geforce cards do you have?

I am looking for a talented theme maker from Jericho
magik replied to Harley Quinn's topic in General Discussion Archive
I really only do piano themes, so if that's what you want, hit me up... otherwise, the best place to look is in the marketplace sub forum of Social's forum. Or you can try the Gallery forum, lots of theme, and other in game custom works, like the cars, tattoos, symbols, etc... -
Are the Little Orbit staff enjoying APB?

Sorry, reminded me of this song. If you ever need help or tricks in game, I'm sure the community is glad to provide! I personally am. -
System req on Steam seem *kinda* outdated
magik replied to Acornie's topic in General Discussion Archive
A 2010 or 2011 Core i3 dual core with 4 or 6 gb of RAM, and 2011/12 dedicated graphics probably would be just fine. APB is heavy on single core performance. Older processors don't have as good multicore, but you should still be fine on minimum... remember... this is like 600p minimum settings, not medium at 1080p. -
Yep something should be done! I hope the Engine doesn't take years... that'll get old real quick, lol, but I'm expecting some changes soon.

I think any weapon shouldn't get good for all ranges, and combats, but there should be some sort of overlap with some weapons... like the ACES SMG/Rifle. The ISSR, and Anubis have no free counterpart, and I won't knock that, but they have super high vehicle damage with no counter... and that's a problem... They fire quick, and are a lot of times better to have than a DMR...

Ooooo, in before the move to off topic... AMD A8 6600k Black Edition - 3.9GHz PNY Nvidia GeForce GTX 650 1GB 8GB Corsair Vengeance RAM Asus A88X-PRO Motherboard Corsair CX 600 Power Supply Asus VE-247 1080p Monitor 24 inch Roccat Lua Mouse Dell QuietKey Keyboard Nakamichi Over Ear Headphone. I've had this system since 2013... The only thing I might do is upgrade my PSU to 650w and get an XFX RX550/560 --- Images will be added below.

I think each weapon should have a unique aspect. Not p2w. You can make an N-Tec long range like I said, I use a VAS Sword for my main AR. And it's great, I prefer to use CJ. but CJ should make it slightly more detrimental to Long range engagements, for any weapon. (Yes, you too HVR) Some mods affect guns more than others, both positive and negative. If they can make the default N-Tec more close range, and model the variants after it, then they'd be golden. Don't make them exact, but don't keep them in the niche they play. I say niche, but they're more universal...
-
Well, I think that either reducing the effectiveness of the gun at range would help... If you use CJ on an NTEC it's range is compromised, but the cqc is increased significantly. Like wise, same with IR, but it doesn't have as much of an effect on close range. Not that I've observed. off topic...

Feel free to add me in game if you have any questions. My two characters are in my signature. I can recommend a few YouTube videos that could help you learn some more about the game's mechanics. Videos below:

Balance is on a back burner until the new Engine is finished. There's already a bunch of Weapon Balance threads... I'd say add it to the pile, but at least yours is more descriptive. But not anything new from what's already been proposed. A lot of the guns are pretty well balanced. There's just a few outliers that are gods in their category, and they basically render the meta of the game stagnant. (I'm looking at you HVR and N-TEC... damn Russians) A nerf to the HVR is wanted by a majority. However, what that nerf should be has been debatable. I think changing the damage from 850 to 750 or 775 would be significantly better. Changing the time to switch the weapons out was a bad idea, because it didn't fix the main issue (quick switching) N-TEC is just god... enough said there.

anymore anymore anymore anymore Anyways, try restarting your computer, or logging back in. I've been kicked out of district by BE once, and just logged back on, no kick. I don't run anything except FireFox, Steam and APB when I play, so there should be no interference with anything. Try looking at your processes tab in Task Manager, and see if there's anything suspicious in there.

Then we got real profit. Keep 30 day leases, and get rid of 3 day leases... why lease a gun for three days? You can lease it for JT and $ in the joker store for 7 days. 30 day leases let you try to excel and learn the gun, then you can buy it if you really like it.

I would like to be able to change my title ;-; And fix the people who post duplicate threads of an older one. I'm really looking forward to that one. Like really looking forward. Really really looking for that...

I rather think they enjoyed the gameplay, so long as the servers were stable. They're human too, I'm sure they would get upset over the issues and problems thrown their way that have been unreasonable. Like the people who DDoS our servers... I wish I could give you more than 1 like for a post.
