I haven't had too many issues, only my own trash aim... There are a few either latency issues that usually resolve themselves, or the let's have 40 people in Baylan, and trash my fps to 25.

I wouldn't agree with you on this statement, but everything else in your post. The gun is suited for where it lies. When the N-TEC is part of meta, don't assume the gun is overtly good. Find out why players are using it, and compare it with other guns first. There seems to be a lack of any and all comparisons...

Finally getting some consistency while playing. Still have some lag spikes, but nothing too game breaking/major. And a lack of cheaters/hackers, even the feeling and toxicity has died down. (except for a few on forums who shall not be mentioned) the game keeps floating, and isn't a sinking ship anymore... Just need to bring all the life boats back.

I would recommend looking through voip settings, and making sure you're connected to team, group, etc. (not district, because then opp can hear you) However, in game voip sucks. Vivox isn't worth the processing resources it takes up. get a clan, and use discord (or teamspeak/skype whatever floats your boat) APB discord is also available to anyone... I think you just need an invite. but... yeah, in game voip is trash. Hopefully LO get a new program instead.

Actually effect would've been more effective. But I see where you're coming from. The two words are certainly an annoying feature of the English language.

Affect is the action that you're doing Effect is the consequence of said action. Examples: I didn't know my depression would affect me so much. Did you see the effect of Steve Jobs' death to Apple's stock?

The mechanics of LTL, Ram Raiding, and Witnessing need to be fixed. Sure Ram Raiding is easy money, and you can go to empty districts to farm. Sure LTL is annoying, but it's also not easy to get arrests... I'd rather The whole set of these systems that are faction based be fixed. LTL was implemented as a counter to Ram Raiding. Witnessing doesn't allow you to gain money, you're waiting for a crime to be over the limit, be raiding, mugging, etc. You can stun any player, and arrest any enemy, making it a valuable money making tool as compared to Ram Raiding. Not to mention that you can get money for a stun, but if you die, or can't make the arrest, the enemy is out of combat for a much shorter time. If they're Arrested, they can easily resume combat if a teammate saves them. The game is team based, work together. If you're not working with your teammates, then you're inhibiting them during a mission. That's why the mechanics were implemented as they are.

Add it to the pile of endlessly suggested, and recreated threads saying exactly this.

I think they should just drop the Reloaded title. Bring back old login screen, and bring back APB: All Points Bulletin The game is no longer a hack infested cheat fest. Gamersfirst is now Little Orbit's subsidiary, and basically Little Orbit, which is widely now known amongst the players, and people who reported and read the articles. Players have returned from the depths of APB Hell. Balance is subjective to the meta. True. With so much being done to rebrand the game, and the management, I see only positive growth. Once Little Orbit do some more changes, I'm quite sure new players will be making a rise for our great game

imo, remove threat segregation, and adding cross district matchmaking, we wouldn't have the issues from before with dethreating, just to get into a "silver" district. my thing though, is that being a /d scrub, and wanting to continue conversations with people, if my messages are going to everyone, and everyone is talking at the same time, I don't think there would be effective communication, constantly seeing /d scroll like most J-RPGs. And switching instances continuously would certainly be annoying while chatting with people...

Depending on the laptop, you actually can upgrade your processor. I have a Dell Inspiron N5110 (2012 model if you're wondering) running an i5 2450m @ 2.6 GHz It can be upgraded to the i7 2(something)7(something)m I just don't want to spend $100 on a laptop that's 6 years old. I'd recommend you give the Advanced Launcher a shot. You can turn down or disable smoke (be careful as you can't see your car on fire, or grenades blowing up in front of you, so make sure your headphones work really well.
