Not sure if devs plan to do an official play on EU but I'd suggest doing it on a separate day from NA.

Well, people HAVE been asking for the return of the Xmas Elf Event......Maybe we can get EpicGoat to wear the elf outfit and viola! Exact same thing.

 

@Lixil if he does show up, please be careful not to ban anyone who is "grouped" with him...because he has the ability to force-join groups and one cannot kick him from their group.
