its still a blowtorch tho, so flamethrower is more of a descriptive word in this case

FFA 5.56 R&D III. (reskinned OBIR with slightly less zoom).

- Love having the ability to tag someone "49.5" with one burst. This makes it a suitable gun for loads of situations.
- The tiny zoom difference really makes it easier to use. Atleast for me.
- Also, the gun model is sick. Who doesn't love a "FAMAS" skin.

True Ogre, just for the terrifying sound it makes.  If we could get a pump shotty with the same gunshot sound that'd be awesome :3  It sounds like a more powerful version of the Strife's sound.  Functionality-wise my favorite gun would probably be the JG.  Good against cars and people if you're close enough.  CJ3 doesn't seem to have much of a negative effect to the spread either so it can fire pretty quick.  I still remember way back when it was the slow firing shotgun, and the CSG was Jesus.

Btw after a bunch of replies I can tell that the community likes:
-meta weapons (NTEC, OSCAR, Carbine) mostly because they're hella good at what they do
-DMR AV because of its sound (and I definetely agree, I started using DMR for the same reason and ended up maining it)
-other goofy looking/sounding weapons like Anubis, FFA, Strife, even tho most of them are pretty niche or outright unviable


This is something I love about this game: weapon choice is just so wide and diverse, and there are so many different reasons to pick up a weapon

Ooh, I like these ones. I consider players using these weapons as "professionals", those who know what they are doing. And trust me, in the right hands they are deadly.
Personally I LOVE the DesignatedMarksmanRifle-SoundDampened. That weapon in the right hands.... Played on a bronze district again (got pwned on silver by unfair things) and for about 15 missions straight I went something like 12-4-2 K/A/D

So uhh, no offense but... I KNEW ANYONE COULD PLAY WITH THE WHISPER!!!
I KNEW IT!  (also, returning to a normal oca is suddenly a lot more difficult right? I'm serious! The whisper has some kind of advance recoil suppression system. I know the silencer mod gives a boost to this but still...)

I will always and forever love the PMG. I loved it in the past when the bloom was the size of a football field. I love it now. You could nerf it to oblivion and I'd still enjoy it.
