Umm... I've got a steam version of the game and when I start it there is a steam login button but when I press it, it gives me an error "PASSWORD EXPIRED." (error code 11002). It says to change my password for gamersfirst account, but after I changed it it didn't do anything, the error is still there.

I remember back then when people were shitting on me for cheating when I never did cheated. It was like that back then with FairFight. I did glitch on other account (which was mysteriously not banned unlike my main) into one spot during Halloween but without context it's idiotic (entire team tried to get to glitcher to kill him - And suprisingly glitcher DIDN'T get banned for that) and then I was banned for cheating on my main few days later (I assume that was reason? Although it's shady.). So yeah, I just decided to shut it after unban, complete what I had... now I'm just here more like shadow. Lurking between, soaking misery of others and hoping maybe there's gonna be wind of change. Noooooope.

Did you buy the account from the guy who hacked you? If they can't confirm that is you, it is probably due the IP and email used for creating the account. The other possibility is that you have been downloading cheats and got keylogger. What kind of hacker would even care about an obscure game like APB?

We already have PS4 Founder titles on consoles, I assume the same with Xbox, maybe made them Account wise not character wise after a merge, and there's still question about duplicate nicknames after merge

Has anyone been able to migrate their PS4 account to PC? The migration button does not show up when signing in to the Gamersfirst website. it worked fine for Xbox for me, and we are a week past February 1st. So I'm just wondering if it was delayed due to an issue or if it just doesn't recognize I have characters since I created the characters a few days before Feb. 1st. I went on twitter to the official APB:R page and Matt Scotts page, and in the comments of their latest posts there were 2 or 3 people stating they couldn't migrate PS4 either. But in the replies to one guys comment he said he got it working. So now I'm a little worried it might be that my characters/account is too new.

What about those of us that have both Xbox and PS characters? Would we have to make separate accounts for each console to migrate them into? Or will it be a mash up of all consoles characters?

What about people who plays both, console and PC? Looks like we could "add" merged characters to our existing PC account but what with those with maximum character slots?

LO its time to stop hiding this and its time to start showing us your actually trying to make an effort in removing cheaters and hackers from APB. One of the biggest gripes from the community is the lack of transparency as to LOs efforts to clean up the game and make it legit. GMs have no ban power nor do they honestly show any caring for cleaning up the game. They are glofified babysitters and even with them online ppl continue to cheat cause they know they can get away with it. If LO wants to show us they are trying its time to show it. One of the biggest games today PUBG shows weekly ban stats and breaks down the reasons for the bans. Not only that but they release a weekly list of account names that were banned. There are other games out there that also release ban stats so it is very possible LO can do that as well. Nobody here says you have to release account names but you can most certainly release stats like how many were banned in total and break that down as to how many for what reason. This shows us your actually trying to make an effort into cleaning up the game and it would bring some people back who arent playing cause of the hacker problem. It also encourages players to submit player reports as they see you are taking action.

Yea. Twice aint worth anything. We both know to understand the game you need at least 500hrs of playtime. Maby he does have a personal account and we dont know it? But going off the decisions hes been making and the shift away from what APB is. I would have to say no he doesnt play nor does he understand what makes APB APB.

Appreciate you posting in the forum. What would be helpful to player moral would be estimated time to fix these 'Issues'. When can we expect a better anti cheat? Right now its open season. EAC deterred hacking for about 12 hours when it was installed, hasn't banned anyone for combat hacks, and now with the knowledge that they are pulling eac every hack in the world is coming in. EAC was bad but now its worse, because of this and the notion that, at least for now hacking is not punished, detected, just swept under the rug, really not much reason to play. Unless its to kill time and harrass hackers which is gonna be 90% of the pop, reporting never worked and as matt said they'll just make a new account n be back in 10 minutes. So in effect you have a Hacks only game.

Yes I've always desired a server like that. Add also it's restricted to people who've premium or unlocked a decent amount of account rewards and MUST RANK of 200+, cuz anticheat is total dogsh*t, so server for pro with GM Support must be 24 h for 7 days, EVENTS every 15/30 days . . . and pay these GM, paid them fairly enough to not make they think of doing a shabby job, I want a little of little of earnestness in their actions, money is the best fuel and assurance for it.

Past few days, I had a post on my account being banned. Now that thread has been deleted. Forum moderators must have been told my topic wasn't any good for them. PUBG doesn't do much more. You can click "No" on the Wellbia anti-cheat installer and PUBG runs without issues. The devs refuse to block high latency players, or even attempt to block VPNs. According to Battleye, 99% of the banned accounts are from China. That means those few permanent ban messages I get are only the 1%. Those are just blatant cheaters. I tried playing on the Asian servers. There were at least 2 squads blatantly cheating, like camping a tall hill and head shotting everyone in line of site 500+ meters away. At least they can't punch people out of the plane anymore.

I can tell you already from experience that even if you provide name email toon names IP adress and legit anything under the sun LO will go "nope your 100% trying to steal this account" and then will make threats at you such as banning your other accounts. And pushing it? well they just close or make more threats. i already know they can check who logs in on what ip and such and have many other ways of confirming if your lying or not. it's just a fact that LO support is a bunch of lazy kids who do not want to do there job they want a paycheck and thats it

I submitted a ticket because someone hacked my account that is 10 years old with well over $1,000 spent. They stold over 30+ legendaries and countless mods themes and symbols when I submit ticket their only response was a barage of questions to prove the account is mine. All questions answered no matter how irrelevent they actually are in proving anything and they take the day off and then send me more ridiculous questions. The e-mail is in my real name all credit cards bank accounts and paypal accounts for 10 years my real name they were given a copy of my actual drivers lisence proving my identity. They are putting me on trial to prove acount is mine instead of handling the problem days later. Now they will no longer even respond to my ticket and it has been several days. Not only do they support hacks and cheaters but they also support and defend theives. This game has gone to total shit and it should just be shut down. You buy a game from a company and make promises to revive it and do absolutly nothing but run it into further into the ground and claim you have no funds to run the game. So why did you take it over? Hiring or taking volunteers that cant do their job is no help to the community. May as well have no support at all. You snapping back at Cookie who is only trying to help you, and laying out this sob story bashing support as the demon. When you say that you've lost or had various social media acc's compromised. This would mean that your Emails and soc med and gaming acc's and their Account Recovery Questions and particulars have been compromised, yet you still seem to have access to or have recovered said emails and various game and soc med acc's all except APB, which you were able to log into but are missing weapons. and you're laying all the blame for this clear conspiresy of wire fraud on support. has lead me to believe that You are full of it. Your Story doesn't add up, You could very well be the person who hacked the account for one thing. So support is only doing its job. We know support will ask you for a valid picture identification from your municipality or government, which can then be used as proof if brought to court, in the case You yourself faked this act of identity theft and wire fraud, which is covered under the 'False Claims Law' a form of fraud. We also know from many years of playing apb and time spent on this Forum, that quit a few people have gifted, traded, sold weapons to alternate accounts, then came in here claiming they were robbed. Trying to get support to give them ledgendary and armas items, Only to turn around n sell, trade, said items. Your stories time line doesn't jive. So You say this all happened 2 months ago, and 'A few weeks later' you came to apb to see the new 'features' and noticed your stuff was missing. We've had no new features only one new item a car released bout a week ago, So how would you know there were any new items or Features if you weren't here, and how someone would hack your account and then not change the passwords and lock you out. Because it would take them a little time to transfer the items or moneys, and often its the whole account that is hacked and then sold. So the proper account owner would not be able to Log in at all. I find it hard to believe that they got all of your particulars on several accounts including emails, social media, games. But only stole from your apb account, also you seem to have been aware that your identity was compromised yet you wait a 'Few Weeks' to try logging into apb. And here it is a month more or less from your Few Weeks after 2 Months. That You come in here saying this all happened. Now I'm not calling you a Fraud, but I'll say maybe what support or staff can't say, n that's that your story doesn't add up, it fits into a known pattern of M.O.s that many of us have seen before that looks like Fraud.

I used to have some account like 10 years ago too. 2 weeks ago I posted support ticket and yeah they asked me bunch of questions that I can't remember answers to (of course I can't even remember when I was signed in that acc, all I can remember it was before 2015). They dont't even care about the fact that I still know password for that account. I just ate the loss.

Would you like me to tell you a joke? One small company spent money to implement an anti-cheat that blocks players for no reason. Do you think this is the end? No. This small company knows about the problem, but does nothing to solve it. Yes, I am aware that this will be fixed soon. But when? When? This problem has been present in the game for more than a year. Has the game been losing its audience for more than a year? Explain why the hell you are doing further development of the game? Who are you trying for? An idiotic anti-cheat is emptying your pockets right now, and nullifying the results of your work. This is absurd. I was banned permanently. I've been playing since its launch, I remember when it was paid. My account is over 10 years old. Of those 10 years, I spent about a year in the game. Short-sighted developers and cheaters will soon destroy the game. The direction of the vector is set definitively. A little explanation. I call cheaters people with Flavs configs, macros, bug unions and other scum. Scum who use the vulnerabilities of the game for superiority, and hiding behind excuses about poor optimization and other nonsense.
