Moved to bugs & tech issues. Can you provide more information? Such as your hardware and when you are experiencing crashes during gameplay? I believe crashes have been reported in relation to the Easter event. General Protection Faults in particular.

I have removed the section in the OP describing the players, without directly mentioning their name. I did not hand out any warnings. I would usually note this to the user in private, but I figured it would be relevant for others who may be tempted to write posts or threads of this nature. Discussing topics like this is fine, but making detailed indirect references to the players you are talking about, in order to bypass forum rules, is not. The name and shame rule is in place, among other reasons, to avoid a culture of shaming innocent players. While instances of "blatant" cheaters occur, there are just as many false accusations. Utilize the in-game /report functionality and the support system to deal with reports. The support team are much more equipped to investigate and identify true instances of cheating. Name and shame in-game and on the forums will not be tolerated, regardless of how you may try to mask it.

Hi there. While I understand your frustration, the forums are not the place to receive help related to account issues. Only the support team is able to help you with issues of that nature. Trust me, you are not being ignored and you will receive a response in time. Do remember to check your spam folders, just in case the reply ended up in there somehow.
