Have you tried contacting another moderator besides the one who issued the punishment, and explain that you've been wrongly punished? Other forums similar to this (i.e. War Thunder's) have cases of people being punished by one mod due to them being either too strict or misinterpreting a post (or is legitimately abusing power but cannot be fired because he's the cousin of the game's CEO), and then having the punishment lifted by another mod who is of a different opinion.

This makes no sense. If the game files are encrypted, they'll have to be decrypted before they can be used. In that case, the decryption key will have to be stored somewhere and it would only be a matter of time before it gets found. Many games have encrypted files, such as sound and video files, so they they aren't easily ripped and reused without the developer/publisher's consent. But people still decrypt them to get the original files.

The game needs a money sink. If the marketplace tax were removed, a new money sink would have to be added somewhere: either in the form of a percentage pricing fee, or through percentage ammo and car spawn costs. How would you feel if instead of losing 20% of the money received from the sale, you'd have to pay 20% of the price you put an item up for, regardless of whether or not it gets sold? Or how would you feel if ammo and car spawns costed a percentage of your money, resulting in car spawns costing in the thousands, if not tens of thousands?

I wouldn't be surprised if the servers were actually physically FUBAR by this point. Let's hope we get new and better servers soon.

You should have requested the email change before Little Orbit took over. With the old support system, I got my email changed 2 days after sending a ticket. What if the ability to go topless was a paid feature for G1C? That allows players who actually do heavy customization on their character to avoid having to use the ugly adhesive bra (they're so bad that you can actually see your character's areola at the edge) while preventing every kid from running around topless (unless they stole their mom's credit card).
