You can disable all but broadcast and ignore people with annoying death themes. They don't have anything interesting to say most of the time so you're not losing on anything

On the other hand I've yet to see a game forum without topics about dying game, noob devs, fucked up balance patch etc. I think APB forums are pretty standard when it comes to it.
