AP .45 pretty much plays the way you requested... (small mag size, high firerate, high risk / high reward). so they could reskin that if they really feel like continuing the boring RP/G1 way of reskinning instead of making new guns... as mentioned above, the harbinger could use a buff so there's that. snubnose could also use a buff... I'd suggest bringing the TTK down to ~0.8 by increasing the firerate, essentially making it a high risk / high reward weapon like the .45

yea this has been a problem for pretty long now... it happens quite a lot with a variety of clothing items... I really hope they fix this soon... or maybe the engine update will magically fix it :^)

I don't even get a crash report, because the game only freezes but doesn't close... although I get it running again by popping up the task manager and waiting for a few seconds. also RTX 2070 user here.

HB2 pretty much made the ntec an ATAC with better initial accuracy a few years ago... (kinda OP, lul) then they nerfed the damage so HB2 makes the ntec 1 shot more to kill, and also added the curve mechanic - and the curve mechanic fucked the HB mod completely... HB actually made a huge difference for the ntec, now it doesn't feel like anything at all... I think the whole curve mechanics are bad and shouldn't have been implemented.

it's literally akikos katana item... so the knife will be there... I also don't like the knife though... btw, @MattScott what's the reason the double B shotguns aren't angled? I mean it's not really bad, but I think angled looks better.

yall got some pictures for us? also, with the addition of earning (more) JT's in regular missions, will you keep adding stuff to the joker store? perhaps more bodykits / wheels or clothing items? I'm personally looking forward for the fresno fastline kits to be available in the joker store! looking at other clothing items I think they'll be around 199-299 each... maybe there'll be a bundle for like 499-699 or whatever... I think feedback would be really bad if they add them for 20$ and they know that LUL

well you'd have to play a lot of missions to reach that number considering that it's RNG between 0 and 10 JT... even if you're lucky and get 10 JT every mission, you'd have to play 20 missions to max out... (so 40 missions average, if the dropchances are evened out)... usually a mission lasts ~15 mins average, which means you'd have to play ~5 hours a day and be VERY lucky to get 10 JT every mission (average would be 10 hours a day if you earn 5 JT every match) that's a lot of playtime... barely anyone plays that much a day... anyway, I'd like to know if the dropchances between 0 and 10 JT are the same across the board... also, what are the chances of the 250 jackpot dropping? I sure hope it's rare AF... -

can't stress this enough... was also the first thing I though when I saw those... "these axes are kinda small scaled..." and I'd rather have 2 tomahawks or just 1 big axe isntead of this... anyway, these are some nice additions to the game!

how many people do you think will try APB again after the update? like, what exactly are you on about? are you saying summit streaming the game won't really affect the amount of players checking it out? because it does quite a lot actually... looking at so many other indie games streamers have played, bringing hundreds / thousands of other players into that game - some of which will stay for longer. also, this might attract other (big) streamers to try out APB too, dragging even more attention to the game. sure, this is hopeful thinking... but it's not too far off reality. oh the first downvote... just to make sure: I'm not talking about huge numbers... more like in the 100', or low 1000'

are there plans to add more redeem codes for some free goodies? maybe some more promotional stuff? I don't know how much this would cost, and if this would be a smart move (it sure as hell drags attention to APB) but what about a Twitch Prime pack for prime users? I'm no tech guru but wouldn't that only be the case if all characters of a district are in render range? they should be loaded into regular ram, not vram? anyway, I think it must be possible to increase texture / polygon count (even just by a bit) without APB getting a NASA PC only game... it's just not easy optimizing I guess... -

(and yes, I'm aware that visuals are not the highest priority, but it should be right up there with performance, matchmaking and balancing considering the strongest aspect of APB is designing... and it's kind of disappointing applying low-res textures to low-poly models.) also, imagine having physics for clothes in APB... TL;DR BELOW in almost every game (just like in real life) you can full-auto the AS VAL (ISSR A) as seen in the video below: right now, the ISSR-A is in this weird spot of being an assault rifle with 50m range, but slow firing 4 shot killing kind of marksman weapon knockoff... we already have the ISSR-B variant that functions as a 4 shot killing sniper. so I'd suggest changing the ISSR-A to something like in the video above. fast firing with a small magazine and maybe great recoil (close to tommygun, but still noticeably less) or bloom - making it a HIGH RISK - HIGH REWARD kind of weapon, like the .45 AP or ACES SMG for example (but more extreme in regards of risk / reward) stats should look something like this: Magazine Size: anything between 15 and 20 Time to Kill: 0.6 Shots to Kill: 8-10 Firerate: (too lazy to do the math, so whatever it needs to be for a .6 TTK) Recoil: slightly higher than ntec, lower than tommygun Bloom: very little, less than ACES rifle Accuracy: between N-TEC and ATAC Range: 50m ______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ KEEP IN MIND, THESE STATS ARE JUST A SUGGESTION AND I HAVEN'T PUT TOO MUCH THOUGH INTO IT - THEY CAN BE WHATEVER LO THINKS IS BEST. ______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ TL;DR ("in short") ISSR-A is in a weird assault rifle - marksman rifle spot being a 4 shot to kill 50m range weapon. change it to a fast firing high risk - high reward weapon. we already have the ISSR-B variant being a 4 shot sniper version of the AS VAL - and it can stay that way. anyway, you don't have to go with the approach of making it high risk - high reward. atleast make it a fast firing assault rifle.

it could be similar to the ACES rifle, but without the bloom, but more recoil. (also a lot higher risk, but more rewarding) I'm making a suggestion thread right now. edit: finished the suggestion thread. -

it can be a low mag size fast firing weapon, with great recoil... making it a high risk - high reward kind of weapon... like the .45 AP for example. the AS VAL is one of my favourite weapons in most other games... I just think it's sad you can't full-auto it in its full glory... I mean there's already the sniper 4 shot version of the weapon.... why does the assault rifle version have to be the weird hybrid thing... it's just not much fun to play with TBH. -

I get your point... but abusive mechanics are not supposed to be there to be the fun part of the game... the obir switch was obviously too powerful and got nerfed. the weapon still has all it's mid-long range strength. yes, they really should focus more on buffing underdog weapons than nerfing what's already in the meta... it's like 50% is "meta", the other 50% are guns you take out when you get bored and want to spice things up / challange yourself... I'm still hoping for changes to the snubnose, harbinger and norsemen. also, I want to see the ISSR-A 'Artemis' be AN ACTUAL ASSAULT RIFLE with higher firerate / less damage and not this knockoff marksman rifle it is now...
