  1. pretty sure it'll all be the same old rewards for every event, but the new red pumpkins bring some new items... would be weird if they mix rewards up...
  2. wasn't it like 16v16 for a long time, and at some point got increased to 20v20?... I really wonder who thought this would be a good idea... but yea, I totally agree, it should be lowered - at least reverted to 16v16 again.
  3. so, if you have a clothing item, for example a glove, it would be nice to have something that indicates which outfit slots this glove is used on. something like this: or, maybe indicate it with a symbol (in this case, a green dot): this would help a lot if you're deleting an outfit and you're not sure if some of the items are still used on other outfits.
  4. I was talking about the leaderboard, not the top 10% gold reward for joker tickets.
  5. I never knew there were rewards for being in the top 10... is there a list of these items? what are the dropchances to these items? when did these items get changed to temporary isntead of permanent? I really hope someone can provide all the answers...
  6. you just accepted that old G1 did nothing for the free 2 play community at all... APB really, reaaally needed the JT store update and additional ways to earn more JT's... we're just saying that the new way of obtaining them is barely making a difference... not everyone plays APB 8 hours a day every day... and even for these people it's a very long grind to obtain weapons... edit: if f2p players want to play 3 slot weapons they gotta farm quite a lot of cash to maintain buying them... ~35k $ for just a single 3 slot weapon that lasts for 10 days.. and most people would like to have a variety of weapons, especially from every category, which no f2p could ever maintain unless they play hardcore hours, which they don't.
  7. true. anything below 5JT seems useless... I'd say try upping it to randomize between 5-15, or just make it a flat 10JT every mission.
  8. shorter range, bigger mag, fires faster (but less accurate)... yea, so a completely different gun? a complete rework isn't needed, since it would turn into a whole different gun... which stats could instead be used to... well... create a new gun? revert the curve system and make it's TTK slightly faster by lowering shots to kill from 10 to 9, pushing it into the meta beside OCA and PMG... there is a reason the tommygun isn't used at all... it's just not worth it controlling the huge recoil, so that's why I'd suggest slightly lowering the TTK to make up for it - give us a reason to control that beast...

(no big blogpost needed if there isn't much to talk about, but I'm curious) in the last Q&A matt said they'll have a new version for the SPCT to playtest for early september... so how's that version going? also, what about the console update you've talked about? I feel like console players are suffering a lot and they deserve some news at least... EDIT: yay, we've got news!

  12. people on social media already fuming over "more armas content" and these being preset clothes... imagine not even clicking the armas link and checking out how much you really get for what amount of cash... 99g1c (1$) for 5 account wide items is a really good deal for anyone who likes this design...

  14. doesn't really matter if secondaries have one mod or three, as long as it's balanced in the end... as I mentioned in my post, you can mod weapons pretty bad and make them worse, so putting on multiple mods isn't an issue just because it's not the regular formula...

I haven't thought about the exact numbers, and I know this sounds weird or extreme at first but it might work so bare with me... how about Hunting Sight 1/2/3, Improved Rifling 1/2 and Heavy Barrel 1/2/3 I think with the right mix this could maybe work out, and I know what you're thinking - "HOLY COW, A SECONDARY WITH 3 MODS?! THIS MUST BE OP!" but I'll stop you right there... it's not OP if the mods are (partly) poor choices! As you can see from the posts before this, HS is more of a downgrade to the RFP, and so will HB be to a certain degree. (see below) pros: improved accuracy thanks to HS and HB, but shouldn't be too much of an impact because that's what RFP is good at already. slightly more range thanks to IR. cons: weak hipfire accuracy thanks to HS. slightly more shots needed to kill / higher time to kill thanks to HB. you could go HS1, IR1 and HB1 to make like a "soft" version of this gun, or go all in with HS3, IR2 and HB 2/3 to really force it into a marksmanmode kind of playstyle and pretty much eliminate hipfiring. but overall I think IR3 is kinda overkill even with the downsides of HS and HB. do people still know heavy barrel exists?

HERE is my preset. don't click the ads lol btw, I have ingame anti aliasing disabled and use reshade anti aliasing (as you will see in my preset). so don't forget to disable one of them so you don't stack up on too much AA. bloom is also enabled, I have another preset for the game in case I want to turn off ingame bloom... ingame brightness level is 3.1

  18. reshade can't remove smoke. what you're thinking about is editing game files... you don't have a timestamp do you? I've watched the full thing live but tbh I can't really remember that part...
  19. I wouldn't want them removed... they're a nice bit of content and also allow for more variety in loadouts... just make them buyable or permanent mods and maybe tweak them a bit for the sake of balancing...
  20. good thing they also work on creating a world server so we can play across the world with all our characters.
  21. exactly what I thought... they may read all the feedback but they never try to discuss things and give their own opinion. also, I think with how low the population is and how little the test districts are used, they could push balance changes to live districts - test A would be tested in financial, test B in waterfront (if needed) and inform the community about it by writing it down in the district select menu. or as an alternative, release the balance changes to the fightclub districts aswell as regular test districts.

    AP .45 pretty much plays the way you requested... (small mag size, high firerate, high risk / high reward). so they could reskin that if they really feel like continuing the boring RP/G1 way of reskinning instead of making new guns... as mentioned above, the harbinger could use a buff so there's that. snubnose could also use a buff... I'd suggest bringing the TTK down to ~0.8 by increasing the firerate, essentially making it a high risk / high reward weapon like the .45
