yea this QoL change pretty much is an easy solution for deleting / renaming instruments... same outcome, but managable while ingame.

I haven't played for quite some time now, but territory does sound like a better experience for baylan. anyway, I'd prefer to have FC replaced with anarchy / chaos districts. Anarchy provided a lot more variety, since it's using the whole district, not just 10% of it. absolute best case scenario IMO: FC replaced with anrachy, which has a turf war like gamemode implemented - all happening on the RIOT map.

well, you gotta play in the evening hours to find populated districts... won't find any players 9am when everyone's at work / school...

good to hear. even if you guys haven't changed anything, I'm certain that previous owners did at some point. otherwise people wouldn't be running around with designs above the max limit. (you can't save designs above limit)

I too have an old car design that's "over the limit"... I can't change a thing on it without removing a symbol or two... @Selali you guys didn't change a thing... but before you took over, design limits got reduced 100% at some point. I have a friend that also has outfits that are over the limit - they're all pretty old designs (like anything between 4-8 years)

as someone that has themes "muted" through deleting instrument files, this is deeply appreciated. good QoL change!

the most confusing part about their website is "Unit Game is a worldwide game company formed in 2001". I can't find anything about them though... it's just so weird. also their website https://apb.com/ is kinda bad. just like https://unitgame.com/index.html . neither of them show anything else from the company. it's literally all focused on APB. what was this company doing since 2001???

what PMG needs: range reduced from 35m to 30m crouch modifier changed from 0.8 to 1.0 this should also apply to the whisper version of the OCA, since they're 50m range and also have a 0.8 crouch modifier.

I didn't go through all the pages in this thread so forgive me if I'm just repeating. while we're at the topic of modifications, can we get a use for the display banner? my suggestion: it may be put down somewhere and when an enemy gets too close (smaller radius than mobile radar tower, maybe like 5m), it would "spot" the enemy. either flash them on the minimap for a second, or maybe the flag could make a "ping" sound (and / or flash a light ontop of the flag, which had to be added to the model)

I'd rather see them upgrade it with a more detailed dirt texture (higher resolution, and a pattern that makes more sense)... like more defined dirt around the wheels, and if we're ever going to get rain in APB, make it wash off... would be pretty awesome!

you know why I can't trust support taking care of cheaters anymore? I've been shown a video of someone 100% cheating (it was full aimlock from the cheaters perspective), and said cheater has been roaming EU asylum for like 5 month now, with video proof being sent to support 2 month ago. yet he's still not banned. I don't wanna hate on LO, I think they've done some really good changes for apb so far, and have more good changes coming for us... but this is really disappointing.

ReShade was always allowed (whitelisted), untill now - with battleye coming back to APB, it now blocks the startup. It won't get you banned or anything, it just won't work. I really hope LO will take a look at it again and re-enable ReShade. I want my color correction and sharpness filter back...

as someone that has been falsebanned (and luckily unbanned, thanks to LO being pretty awesome), whenever I see a post like this I'm sad. not because I think you're innocent, maybe the ban was deserved (maybe it wasn't even for cheating?), but because there's always the possibility of falsebans happening, and I know how helpless people are when being falsebanned. I'd recommend everyone to watch this video to understand the situation better:

found the 0.453kg viewer KEK this. turn off v-sync and smooth framerate to unlock FPS above 60. also, the FPS drops to 20 you are talking about happen when a player joins in the district, and it's just for a very short time. it's also a known issue and will most likely be fixed before the full release - REMEMBER, THIS IS A BETA.
