  1. iirc they lowered the lcr rof so that the ir3 change wouldn’t affect it so much if that hasn’t happened yet then i’m just spazzing out rn
  2. finalized ir3 will be 15% additional range + 3m i’m not saying it’s perfectly balanced - 1.27s ttk is pushing slightly into sniper rifle times and imo the gun itself just isn’t accurate enough to reliably make use of an extra 14m range - but i’d day it’s far from useless
  3. a .7s increase in ttk for like 14m extra range doesn’t seem like that bad of a trade off to me
  4. not having open slots because it made certain guns (csg and scout iirc) “too good” was a g1 excuse, now that we have different devs who are doing different balancing maybe we can finally get open slots
  5. both should have 3slot variants available opinions on making all EOL grenades explode on contact but keeping the windup timer?
  6. this would essentially allow shotguns to have a longer range while circumventing the downsides of improved rifling, not sure i like the idea
  7. tbh i have no idea maybe draw the fov back a little more (i think equivalent 12 degrees would be too much) and remove marksman crosshair, or replace the marksman crosshair with something that obstructs you from precise aiming in marksmanship (think old anubis crosshair but more solid/larger)
  8. as far as i remember cj3 functioned on test district a and thats where the next patch is taking the stats from, so i assume it will go live

  10. didn’t participate due to work myself, but it’s great to see the staff actively playing the game even though they may not like it the same way the players do (it is their job after all)
  11. hasnt anyone ever told you not to pick up stuff you find on the ground
  12. if we could just get open slot versions of any gun that is currently only available as a preset this could be avoided in the future and if certain guns are unbalanced with open slots, maybe thats a balance problem that should actually be looked at
  13. idk im oddly salty about it for some reason but it just isnt the same quality as other kits; the parts arent seperated enough, which makes it difficult to impossible to mix the coywolf kit with the default han veo kit

  17. this is the counterpoint a lot of people made on the old forums as well
  18. the district select screen can only have so many options, so it cant support the space for 3 fight club selections id go find the g1 post, but searching through the old forums is a pain
  19. not sure how this relates to admitting that the ir3 change was wrong and only reverting half of it
  20. i prefer having to run for 30 seconds tops for opp over having opp spawn literally on top of my character edit: if the engine upgrade proceeeds as planned we’ll likely have beacon by the end of the year since the only reason it’s gone is ui limitations due to the current engine
  21. the whole kit needs to be redone tbh it’s just a pathetic mess and arguably the best example of how little g1 cared for the quality of their game
