summit1g used to play apb every so often and every time it was just a million viewers watching him get griefed nonstop or a million viewers watching him get disconnected or warping nonstop, he ended up stating he wouldnt play again until the game was fixed - not exactly encouraging to all the people watching him play theres no point in marketing apb in any way until its in a marketable state, not all publicity is good publicity

ddos happens server side, cheats happen client side i guess theoretically the entire game could be server side (and thus "unhackable") but you would need an insane amount of bandwidth just to play since you would be streaming literally everything, and you'd still have that second or two delay before any action you do is taken on your screen (similar to how cars have a second or two of steering delay, except for everything)

takes me 2:15 from launching apb off desktop to spawning in a district, although i have the nomovies thing on running apb (and everything else) on hdd

it’s definitely possible since iirc the clothing kiosk will remember what clothing category (tops, bottoms, headwear, etc.) you last viewed, provided you don’t close out completely

easily one of the worst mission designs are the ones that give the opposition a marker on the vehicle that has to be delivered imo, this change would make the rare stages where vehicles arent marked just a little bit more annoying
