fyi you can get on the church roof super easy, just climb the scaffolding in the parking lot and jump onto the corners of the next highest roof ledge -
what if i play on both jericho and citadel? am i joan but also not joan? do i even exist at all? please someone help
-
it probably was, remember the summer blog about a battle royale that g1 was working on? we never heard anything from them again about it ofc but that’s typical g1

riot is nothing like fight club

what do i like about apb? how (underneath all the balance flaws) deceptively simple and polished the core gameplay is, altho we’ve been moving farther and farther away from that ideal over the years the customization, while limited, is still in a league of its own compared to every other shooter the open world maps, while not the biggest or the most detailed, are actually 100% functional due to the dynamic mission system assigning objectives throughout
-
yeah the riot UI is disgustingly cluttered, i can easily imagine it being almost overwhelming to a new player add in all the issues from shoehorning new features into the old engine (only so many UI elements allowed on screen at once means objectives/names pop in and out of existence, purchase preset loadout prompts disappear after a time, etc) and you get a hot mess, just like the rest of riot

Why was Riot....(yes another riot topic^)

oh is that why orbit implemented all the feedback they recieved from the public otw tests? is that why we still don't have a dedicated thread for feedback? is that why we havent had any hotfixes at all? edit: we’ve now received a hotfix -
i identify as a Nekrova Fully Automatic Shotgun 12 'True Ogre' because its a banana and no one will ever convince me otherwise
-
who would’ve thought that the mode a majority of the community dislikes would empty out good luck luring in “new players” with a br when the districts are so empty that matches don’t start
-
regardless of how shit this patch was i imagine it would 100x shittier if the engine upgrade was released at the same time
-
as mattscott posted, it just throws weapon balance out the window it also indirectly encourages slower, more cautious gameplay (more corner humping, more loyo spamming, etc) because dying is now potentially even more costly

of course everyone has the right to say whatever opinions they want, just like everyone has the right to say those opinions are shit edit: i guess i should add how dumb it is to remove spct that use advanced launcher when they would be the perfect people to test the features that they're already using when those features are added to the game

if this is the kind of person pound surrounds himself with i guess i can see why there's been a sudden public burst of strong feelings about him so much stupidity in 5 sentences lmao

im pretty sure vanille hasnt been silver in years, and thus has no access to bronze districts

Removing weapon drops from opposed missions
vsb replied to MattScott's topic in General Discussion Archive
even if it cant be abused to the same extent as previous weapon drop mechanics, ive already had several situations ( both with me picking up dropped weapons and being the weapon dropper) where dropped weapons significantly affected match balance i also don't think we need even more encouragement not to push (at the risk of giving opp a valuable weapon) and instead sit on corners or spam low yields -
ah yes the advantage of having more, stable fps - the mark of scrubs all across the world
-
im honestly a little surprised orbit didnt do this considering they released both a "normal" and a legendary version of the showstopper, i was really hoping that was the start of a pattern rather than a one off as for the new glory - i think the gun is fine, its definitely not as good at any range as dedicated weapons but it makes up for it with its versatility and ease of use in the end most people can probably outperform the new glory with a majority of assault rifles (without having to worry about rof locks), so i think it will remain firmly in the same "tier" as the star 556
-
yeah it wouldnt solve this either, because those "multiple zones" are already closed and double gassed so having permanent hazmat suit isnt going to help you go through them

the community did not ask for the weapon drop mechanic
