I agree, kind of, and I see where you're coming from, but, I don't think an assault rifle(the ntec specifically) should be as effective in such a multitude of ways, cqc has their cqc and long range has their long range, mean while the ntec stands a change a long & short whilst still filling that mid range space too. Push assault rifles into their niche of mid range with slight capability to tickle long range and attempt to hold their own in cqc, obviously there some exceptions like the LCR and the ACES, but, whilst they can fight in those long/close ranges respectively, they'll still mostly lose to equally skilled weapons designed for those ranges. Hence why i'd rather the ntec be put on a slightly tighter leash, they tried to do so with the IR change, and it almost worked, almost.

Comparing all the assault rifles to one another, I don't think the cobr-a needs a buff, I think the ntec needs a rework, it makes almost all other assault rifles look subpar compared to it.

If you unlock symbols through retrieving the mails form the KTTC pack and then win missions in action district, you'll still get rewards that are symbols/font unlocks. Also, still haven't received the Halloween symbols.

I'd suggest not using Windows Insider on an actual computer, there's a reason its for testing. That and the laptop you're using a extremely sub-par, this has nothing to do with the software you're using, its the hardware that's the problem. I'd suggest you just use the most up-to-date standard release of Windows 10, if you continue to run into the same issues after swapping versions, take the laptop back to where you purchased it from and explain the problem to them, they'll be better equip to solve your issue. I've ran APB:R on both win7/win10, i'm sure loads of people have, no real notable differences. Literally the exact same experience. also a weeb calling out weebs its pretty funny

I know no one will care, but I felt like making a post to point out the fact you can buy this on both criminal and enforcer when it's from a criminal pack, I'm all for de-bundling and adding more customization option for people, but, back when this pack first came out, if you bought it within a small window you got both the enforcer and criminal bundle for your character, making it semi-rare to see a enforcer with the criminal gear or vice versa. I don't know, i'm just a little bummed out my semi-rare mask is now available again to the public.

I know I don't speak for everyone but, I personally wouldn't be pleased with a skin selector, assuming its the same one they've given out before, I already have all the skins from it.
