I think just because of this thread I will now be witnessing in empty districts, cuz thats what Im supposed to do as an enforcer. Ok probably not, but if I did no one could complain since I'd only be playing the game as intended.

I mean even having to expose yourself twice after the initial burst instead of once, you shouldn't be exposed long enough to get ntec'd. Maybe its just preference but I find the Obir and the Bullshark and even the FFA R&D III to be fine.

Wasnt it an even longer ttk as a 4round burst vs now?

No really, is this all sniper rifles or just the heavy N-HVR 762? Cuz this could render many other guns useless, or at least gimp them beyond what anyone really wanted.
