For me its definitely the Frog. I own the Kokoe and Thumbnail on several characters and love them. But I think this one comes down to personal preference. Ive spoken to several players who love the showstopper, even praising it to the point of calling it OP.

APB uses a bayesian modified version of the glicko system... its pretty standard stuff. The real problem is, most APB players actually have no clue how threat is calculated.

The symbols you showed dont break any rules. GMs were recently revealed to have been improperly trained in regards to this. Unless you had actual below the belt nudity on some, this GM may just be misinformed still.

There are ten levels per color of threat. Meaning there are at least 31 levels of threat. (Im not sure if there is green1 - green10)
